Elizabeth is helpful .. but this store it tired and needs to revise some hiring practices.. after selling me a phone that does not do what I asked.. I was told there was nothing that could be done to get the right phone .. went to another store and left with a S model instead of the junk A series. I'm leaving 2 stars cause Elizabeth.. she deserves more . But so did I as a customer ..

I absolutely hate having to switch phones no matter what the reason so I came in to this store for help since Apple Stores are so hard to get into currently and was assisted by Estefani and it was the easiest and fastest switch of an iPhone that I’ve ever had. Thank you Estefani!

I cracked my screen. Elizabeth helped me find a great deal at a great price. She's the greatest you need to go by and see her if you need a phone. She transferred my data even pics I thought I deleted😊 Overall customer service really makes the difference for me.

I will not be back to the Cricket store in Magnolia. I went in there yesterday and the two young girls in there were not polite at all. I got my LG Stylo wet and told them how I was wanting to switch to an Iphone. They were not able to answer any of the questions I had. After being told they did not have the phone I was looking for, I asked if they could see if another Cricket store did. They could not have seemed more annoyed by having to help me with anything. After looking for a few minutes they told me to just go get it at the apple store. I usually go to the Tomball location and will continue to do so. Very disappointed in the Magnolia location.

The Manager Up there is Awesome, I had my phone stollen a couple days ago and he when out of his way too help me lock my old phone and set up a new one, good guy. Excelent service.
