Unbelievable there was a line like if you were at the social security office there work skills were way below 5% they only had one employee n then the second one didn't even bothered to ask who just needed to drop boxes until I ask that's when he opened the second register like really 👎👎👎👎👎👎

First time ever visiting a UPS store and I had the worst experience. I was running errands and knew there was a store in the area. I didn’t have packaging tape so went in thinking I could purchase so I could add the label and close the box. Before I could get the question out the guy tells me rudely we don’t package things here, it’s not free. I said I didn’t think it was and was willing to pay for it. He rolled his eyes and said I don’t know why everyone thinks we will do it for them. Grabs the box and shoves a receipt at me.

Needed to ship a box to IL, went in and Andres was so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to do. He went out of his way to make sure my I got what I needed done. Will definitely be back!

The person that is right now working there 3-14-22 @2:44 pm is so rude. If I walk in there again and I see her I will leave the store and go somewhere else.

If you sell something on ebay and purchase the shipping for UPS, they email you the QR code, then download the QR code to your phone. Come to the UPS store and they just scan it to print the label for you. You don't have to worry about printing the label at home or at a store. So easy & quick!

This ups has such terrible customer service especially the employee that refuses to give his proper name and does not even have his name badge on then later claims his name is andreas. The customer service here is so terrible at this location that they even have a non working phone number on google. When you ask for the manager this andras guy if that is really what his name is makes up all sorts of excuses to not provide you a form of contact with the manager. Hopefully I will be able to locate a corporate number for ups and make them aware of how much there companies name is being tarnished by the rude employee at this location.

The Gentleman working there was very helpful and awesome. There were several customers that came in and he helped every one without skipping a beat. Very helpful. Definitely the BEST UPS store I went to.!!!
