LAZY!! Went to return items and I did have preprinted labels for return but I was going to be deducted from my return which was pricey!! I asked the clerk if he could help me by letting me know how much would it be if I paid for return myself, his response “I don’t know” (shrug), I asked couldn’t you weight (not “whey”) …….to whom he kept referring to in a telephone conversation he was having prior to my request…….his answer “that means I would have to do my job and type in information for your answer” WOW!!!! “Ok sir, I’ll just take my business to someone who can help me and provide customer service” He says as I’m leaving “It’s already paid!!” That’s not what I asked you “whey” is definitely what I wanted to respond !!! ~Mary

If you sell something on ebay and purchase the shipping for UPS, they email you the QR code, then download the QR code to your phone. Come to the UPS store and they just scan it to print the label for you. You don't have to worry about printing the label at home or at a store. So easy & quick! ~Alejandro

These guys are the best! I had seven boxes of thrown together stuff that I needed to send somewhere but wasn’t sure where. I had 24 hours in Texas and had plans to fly out the next morning at 5am. Showed up 30 minutes before they close not knowing what I was going to do. Luckily, Paul and team had me covered. Said not to worry, this was what at they did. Unloaded my rental car, got my contact info AND provided an excellent local restaurant recommendation.
