Lost a 1000$ package at the Microsoft service center. They have no idea where it is package was not scanned accepted by the carrier who picked it up and it just vanished. I don't use FedEx locally due to their inconsistencies, and I was nervous to send this through them for very good reason. Now I have to wait 48 hours for their security team to figure it out and its been since the 5th of August. Also waiting 30 days for it to be replaced due to their failure couslnr be more dissapointed.

Need something delivered fast? FedEx does a great job. However, this location needs a bell or something so you can let them know you are there. Sometimes I go on and have to wait a while before someone comes out to help. But they do a great job.

I normally don't poste review, but I felt compelled this morning due to the extraordinary service Miss Denise provided. I received a call with regards to a package. Normally in the past, I have had tremendous issues with using the app for scheduling delivery and I am in a job working long hours. Due to the nature of my package, I need to sign for delivery. She on the spot, came up with a convenient solution that worked for both of us. I greatly appreciate her time and creative thinking in making this happen.

1)You guys always put the packages in front of the gate outside and I my package was missing, I wrote in front of the gate “please put the box’s inside the gate “ but they still doesn’t care never reads it. 2) today the girl at fedex on Mesa bad service . I was on the line then my turn I asked her to print out the label she told me wait for the other customers behind me because she said my label need to take time . It never happened like this before only this girl did it . Before they will finish one by one even they have to print the label. She is very rude

Typical modern "customer service" I tried to get a price estimate on the website. Page wouldn't accept my entries. I tried using the chat. Automated system wouldn't answer my question. I tried calling the office. Automated system wouldn't let me talk to a person. Got an estimate from UPS. They'll get my $350.

We had a new driver miss our delivery because they didn't know how to get into our neighborhood, but we understood so did not fault him at all. We went to the center to pick-up instead. The driver was running really late but the customer reps were very helpful and helped us even after closing hours since we had to wait with others for the driver to return. 5 stars to the customer reps!
