Need something delivered fast? FedEx does a great job. However, this location needs a bell or something so you can let them know you are there. Sometimes I go on and have to wait a while before someone comes out to help. But they do a great job. ~Gary

UPS you have become a joke. I ordered from Costco and my item is stuck at your warehouse simply because I recently moved in to new apartments and the address is new. In your system it shows as a commercial address, which it is not. God forbid you send the package out for delivery anyway to see if it's possible to deliver it. Like I said, these are new apartments. I hope one of the other major shipping companies swallows you soon. Your service is no longer effective. The market/consumers no longer need you if you're going to pull this kind of stunt. The package weighs over 100 pounds and isn't small. Despite that, I'm picking up today because your service is worthless. 4/30/22 Update:. I attempted to change my delivery to pick because I don't want to show up at the warehouse and have to argue with someone about getting my package. Well...UPS automated system has a difficult time understanding simple words like "yes" or "no" to the point where I can't switch it to pick up. In fact, I'm not even sure if it's possible to do that. The automated system hung up on me. Bravo UPS! ~Oscar

We were trying to send back equipment with shipping labels that were provided to us by our company and it was a total mixup on our end. Luis helped us get everything in order and was cool, calm and totally professional the entire time. The other 2 employees there were definitely not friendly and seemed irritated that Luis spent so much time helping us. He was the perfect example of customer service! Give him a raise! ~Brie
