2 packages 1 never arrived 2nd the driver doesn't knock or ring bell door is open and they just leave a door tag and I chase down the street .. why call out of work sick if they won't even make their presents known to the resident ... could do better .. but do they even attempt it 🤔

We were trying to send back equipment with shipping labels that were provided to us by our company and it was a total mixup on our end. Luis helped us get everything in order and was cool, calm and totally professional the entire time. The other 2 employees there were definitely not friendly and seemed irritated that Luis spent so much time helping us. He was the perfect example of customer service! Give him a raise!

I needed to drop an envelope off that was already labeled and paid for. Didn't have a mask bc they aren't required anymore anywhere except hospitals and clinics. I could have been in and out in probably 30 seconds but no I had to wait on the rude lady to get me and my son masks because God forbid we have freedom. Therefore, she took up more time than needed for a useless mask. Then says next time I come in I will need a mask. There will not be a next time and if there was, even then, I wouldn't have a mask. By the way, they don't work.

Website says last ground pickup 7, arrived at 6 and was told (with a lot of attitude) that last ground pickup was 5. Ok, I’ll just drop it off and it can go out tomorrow (this is an actual FedEx Warehouse), nope they don’t even accept them after 5, again with lots of attitude. I then asked if there was anyway she could request for the website to get updated. She then spun around, pointed at a sign on the door that said last ground pickup was 5. My fault, I did miss the sign, but I also can’t see the sign online from my house before I make the drive. We’ll switch back to the FedEx center on Montana.

The service was ok,but very unhappy that they couldn't let my 8yr old use the restroom so he had to hold to hold it for 10min till we got home.On top of that ,the security guard not realizing where the exits are so I could leave the parking lot so he could use the restroom

I had LITERALLY, not figuratively ,thousands of dollars of live animals shipped to this location; and then without explanation or a heads up or any reasoning they sent them to another location. I had to LITERALLY chase them down to that location. The woman who helped me was about as friendly as a rock and that's the best way to describe her presence in the building and also didn't relinquish any info about why my animals were being sent elsewhere nor were there any disclaimers upon shipping that they might do this. Had I not showed up as soon as they opened I wouldn't have received shipping updates until noon, and my animals could have died.

It takes Fedex 3 days to.pick up a package after creating a shipping label whats the point of paying expedite if its basically still.taking almost 5 days to deliver might as well send it through regular mail

Don't send anything overnight that you truly need overnight because you will never get it. Don't even try calling the 1-800 number - it is an exercise in futility. I understand COVID and weather, but if you can't meet your obligations then suspend the business and don't offer the service.
