Second Package Nightmare I have sent packages to my son’s grandpa who lives in El Paso twice and both times have been a Nightmare! The first package was a Birthday delivery and I got a notification that the Business it was delivered to was closed, The address is a Residence!! This weekend I sent another package for Father’s Day and again I got an unable to deliver due to business closed notification, IT’S A RESIDENTIAL HOUSE!! My father in law looked at the security cameras from the whole Morning and a UPS truck NEVER attempted a delivery. The UPS driver on this route is either LAZY or just plain doesn’t care if people get their packages!! Such a shame that I pay for the delivery and twice now they can’t be delivered. Will be switching to FEDEX!!

UPS you have become a joke. I ordered from Costco and my item is stuck at your warehouse simply because I recently moved in to new apartments and the address is new. In your system it shows as a commercial address, which it is not. God forbid you send the package out for delivery anyway to see if it's possible to deliver it. Like I said, these are new apartments. I hope one of the other major shipping companies swallows you soon. Your service is no longer effective. The market/consumers no longer need you if you're going to pull this kind of stunt. The package weighs over 100 pounds and isn't small. Despite that, I'm picking up today because your service is worthless. 4/30/22 Update:. I attempted to change my delivery to pick because I don't want to show up at the warehouse and have to argue with someone about getting my package. Well...UPS automated system has a difficult time understanding simple words like "yes" or "no" to the point where I can't switch it to pick up. In fact, I'm not even sure if it's possible to do that. The automated system hung up on me. Bravo UPS!

I've only ever had a great experience when using this drop off place for my Amazon Returns. Wi-Fi could be provided to better serve customers. Otherwise I have always been taken care of promptly and efficiently. Often times it's quicker than using Kohl's because this location is dedicated to only to handling your UPS shipments.

Worst service ever. Trying to get through the automated service they have and it’s not possible. That service stinks when you are not given the option to speak to a representative.

Unfortunately I had trouble with a package and customer service. Everyone besides the front worker did not help the situation. I changed the address on a package and it was flagged. I get a call asking me to clear up a change and I thought it was solved. I wasn't getting updates on the tracking number so I called customer service multiple times but they gave me different answers as to where my package was. I took time for my lunch to go down to clear thing up, only to find that my package was improperly stored in the supervisors office with the door locked and the supervisor left for the day. No one else had access to the room. Now I have to come back. I already messaged UPS on Facebook so if your UPS Customer Service, reply there before you ask me to message you on your socials.

Lucy (sp?) at the UPS Customer Center is the best! First time going there, and I haven't experienced that level of customer service in a long long time. When I have to ship something in the future, I will drive out of my way, past two UPS Stores, just to go here. Thank you again, you're the best!

I am very disappointed with this service unethical behavior from the truck drivers. I purchased an expensive alternator and received an empty box the driver saw me as I picked up empty box and called stop. There after truck driver took off I chased him and he pressed on the gasoline leaving me back. My question was why was he leaving an empty box and not saying anything I believe the driver took it. I have tried filing complaint but the website doesn't recognize my information. I think this is bogias to discourage people from filing complaint to resolve issue. My tracking number is 1Z3Y18820307953531 the driver should be investigated for theft and how many others have gone through the same thing. It's unethical from the company & driver for this unethical behavior please investigate.

I was expecting a delivery today. I ensured that I would be home to receive my package by taking a day off. I tracked the delivery trucks progress, it got close to my place but didn’t stop. Next thing I know, I receive a notification stating “we missed you”. How? I was home all day!! I don’t do liars! I missed work for this? To top it off, no phone number to call for updates! Extremely disappointed!!!!!!
