The staff were friendly as they could be in this field of work. The guy who was there to help me get my car actually went back and drove it out for me. I was wrongfully towed by my apartment complex and ended up paying $502 to get my car back but I understand the fees. Great service.

Please don't use this towing company. Very rude and Unprofessional. My vehicle was towed there after a car accident. When I went to pick up personal items out of my car. I was told by the lady at the window....I could not have any personal items out of the car until the insurance company guaranteed payment. When I agreed to pay out of pocket in order to get my items..she came up with all kinds of excuses...I needed to make an appointment to pick up my keys...I had to have exact change...I had to wait until the key guy came back to to give me my keys...They had my car for 2 1/2 hours and charged 279.00...crooks!! They treated me like my car was a repossession...instead of being towed there after an accident. When I called Town of Newburgh police..the key guy mysteriously appeared and gave me my keys before the police arrived... bad buisness and they will provoke u to argue with them and then they claim ..they are closed for the day and u can't get your vehicle...so they can charge for an additional day..The town/ city of Newburgh need to regulate their inflated fees...CRIMINALS!! If u have a choice.. choose another towing company. Service: Car towing

Very bad costumer service and overall service. Very dishonest people and nasty old lady over the phone, my truck was impound because of the snow on a Sunday. I call to get it back the same day, they told me they were close to give the car back, only open to tow vehicles but yet they will charge for storage this is dishonesty, if you can take a car on Sunday you should be able to give it back or not charge for storage. When I went to pick it up on Monday the car start but shuts off within 5 second, so they did something to the car. I call and the old nasty lady told me that they are not responsible because how they know the car was working before they took it. To make things worst they would not let me work on the car or not even jump start it. The option was to tow it to a mechanic, off course to charge me more and make more money. again this is dishonest and kind of steeling. So I call another tow company and even then we have to wait for them to come to open the gate on a Tuesday. Service: Car towing

I called a day before to plan out a tow.the driver showed up right on time and such a polite younger gentleman and very professional.I called for a car that I recently purchased and the car was in a very awful spot.the driver got my car out with zero damage all on his own and very quickly in my opinion he is very good at what he does for a young man he was engaging with me and the owner of the property where he picked up the car I can’t begin to explain how pleased I was with the Service I highly recommend this company to all and if the company reads this the gentleman that was the driver that towed my car is awesome thank you guys so so much for the tow!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible experience after a very serious car accident. Customer service is terrible. I am still waiting to get my car. Called AAA at 8:30 am today and it is now 2pm and no one can tell me I will get my car. The storage fees for 2 days was $950. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! No company charges this much for storage. This company needs to be shut down. DO NOT USE THEM. I had no choice the car was towed from the scene of the accident by request of the police. They are in Cahoots with the cops Service: Car towing

This is a horrific place of business the lady at the front desk was very disrespectful to my wife who is 8 months pregnant. Things got so disrespectful that we had to get police involved. The lady at front desk never keeps things business and has no empathy or sympathy for people personal situations. She constantly spoke down to my wife as if it were her fault that the car was towed and she did it in such a fashion that belittled my wife. She answered the phone in a very unapologetic way when I called her just to understand what was going on. I understand that her line of work can be frustrating at times but she had no right to try and belittle my wife in any way.

Absolutely horrific place of business. My car was LEGALLY parked on a public street and Pats Towing came by and towed it. The police weren’t notified until after it had already been towed. I kept my cool and called Pat’s towing shortly after it was towed to see if I could come pick it up. I was told I had to wait until the following morning. I arrived to pick up my car and was told that I needed to make an appointment and come back in 30 minutes. I was also told that if I waited on the property, they would consider it trespassing because it’s private property. I cannot stress enough how calm I was throughout my car being stolen and held at randsom. They will also ONLY accept cash. I’m assuming this is for the purpose of tax evasion and accrues storage fees for those who who only have access to credit. $380 later my car was released. A lawsuit is pending...

Excellent service! My tire had a flat and Pat's garage immediately sent one of their service men to fix it. It was a young man named Joe who was very polite and fixed the tire . Very pleased with the overall experience.
