The receptionist picked up the phone. I asked if she spoke English, she hung up on me, TWICE. I speak some Spanish but didn't get a chance. I even got my interpreter from the office to help me but then the girl would not pick up the phone. She is 3 blocks from my office. It would have been perfect if not so rude. "No habla Engles" works for me but don't be rude.
