Good sandwiches I suppose, but employees DID NOT HAVE MASKS ON. And they let customers in the store without masks. We will be reporting this to the state because they clearly do not follow the law. If they disregard masks, they probably disregard other areas of health. Stay clear of this place. For context, this experience and review was written at the peak of the pandemic, where we picked up sandwiches so we could eat outside at a safe 6 foot distance from each other. This was definitely during the more dangerous times as opposed to now, where masks are not required anywhere anymore. ~Brian

The staff were friendly as they could be in this field of work. The guy who was there to help me get my car actually went back and drove it out for me. I was wrongfully towed by my apartment complex and ended up paying $502 to get my car back but I understand the fees. Great service. ~Renée

I've been dealing with these l guys for years now and can definitely say they're more knowledgeable than any of the other local shops and actually do it legally. I mean every purchase they make is duly recorded and they're always willing to "work" with ya on price. Probably THE only local shop I've seen give FULL refunds to customers without a hassle. As an AVID second-hand-shop-shopper I've found these guys to be THE BEST overall, by far. ~pythonslim

Nice bar, decent bar menu. Staff really makes the place special. Paul, Tara, Tony...or who ever is bar tending that day... all great and fun people to be around. And they make you feel at home, they actually remember you so it’s not about just making a buck. They always ask how my kids are doing, about my wife, about my job. It’s nice to go somewhere and feel like you’re important. The drinks are priced very fair. The crowd varies. Mostly very kind crowd. You’ll get an occasional loud mouth but staff prevents any issues from occurring. ~Michael

I have loved everything I have ordered and appreciate that Franco’s is a no frills local place with reasonable prices and excellent portions. We have three dogs that we boarded while we went away on Vacation. The people that took care of them were awesome! Especially since my dogs have to take medication. They made sure our pets were happy and comfortable. Picking up our little friends they didn’t want to leave because they kept running back towards the building they stayed in. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back here the next time I go away. I am extremely impressed with how much care was given to them while I was away. ~Alex

I do agree that some of the stuff isn’t helpful or nice but when the lady with the dog George is there is the best time to go. She is friendly kind very helpful. George is adorable and friendly. My dogs love going there to see George and to get there favorite treats. ~Katie

Been going here for my family for over 20 years when it was on the right side of the building. The staff always welcomes us as we come in. My daughters loves the bobble head pirate guy out front. Huge selection of products. Of the two in town, cant go wrong. ~Robert
