I recently purchased this company's Shot-Gun Repels-All Animal Repellent products granules and liquid, have so many wild animals in my yard as they are cutting down the trees and brush on all the vacant lots in my area and the poor animals have no where to go except to next door to me there is a remaining vacant lot. Used products but they were no match for the onslaught of raccoons, possums, armadillos, and large male feral cats so I asked for a refund and it was granted gladly as they stand by their 100% guarantee which is quite admirable. My refund check is in the mail and I already purchased a trap which appears to be the only way to catch the critters. I move and release but a new one just takes its place. I could never harm an animal but I have 5 elder yorkie poos and an Irish Wolfhound who got Leptospirosis from a fight with a possum and became very ill, then stepped into a hole from an armadillo (who dug over a hundred over several days time, even I hurt my knee from the holes. But back to Bonide Products, LLC, I would not hesitate to purchase other products they have available as they have the best, kindest staff at their company.

1130a Monday May 11th 2020. I was speaking to Rachel on the customer support line. I was asking advice about fogging some small trees using a plastic covering. That seemed upset her a great deal. Anyway ended up telling me she had 4 degrees and a applicators license for the last 10 years, she wasn't going to waste her time arguing with an "old man", she then hung up on me. I'm really not that old, that was kind of offensive. If she has four degrees and has had an applicators license for 10 years she really couldn't be that much younger than I am. I hope the line was recorded and maybe someone could check that out. At her age and experience I would think her mom and dad has taught her to be a better person.

After 1 and 1/2 hours spraying Bonide's Neem Oil on my plants that were affected with black spot and aphids, removing the affected and Dead leaves and cleaning up the soil, I returned to the house to look again at the spray bottle. I was dismayed to read that it contained only 0.9 percent of neem oil. Yes I should have looked carefully at the label but it was the only product that Home Depot carried that would work on these diseases . How deceptive, when the bottle says in big letters Neem Oil.

Before buying their granular insecticides, be aware that due to “settling”, your container may only be half (or less) full and judge how much you’ll need accordingly. The weight may be right, but appearance of container is deceptive.

I purchased a bottle of Mosquito Beater for mosquitoes, ticks and flies. Attached it to the hose, turned the dial as stated in the directions to the ON or OPEN position and began to pray my back yard. After applying the product for about 5 minutes I noticed that the contain still had the original 32 oz. I took the top off, checked the tub and reassembled and began the application. Again, after about 5-6 minutes I still had 32 oz of chemical still in the bottle. Being very upset, I returned the bottle to Country Max and received another contain of the product but I also chose to purchase a bottle of Mosquito Beater ( for mosquitoes only). Returning to my home, I immediately attached the latter bottle ( mosquitoes only beater) and began applying it. The system worked perfectly and I emptied the container in short time and then attached the replacement bottle of Mosquito Beater for mosquitoes, ticks and flies. Again, after applying the product with the hose and the dial in the ON or Open position ( similar procedure as with the Mosquito Beater for mosquitoes only -5 minutes prior) for 5 -6 minutes the contain still had 32 oz of chemical product in it. BONIDE, you have a problem with your product and you need to get your Quality Control people out to Country Max and check the dispensing mechanism on your Mosquito Beater for mosquitoes, flies and ticks. I am very unhappy with your product and I would hope you would respond to this possible production/quality problem. Doug Carney Now, just in case you actually take my review seriously and send your rep to Country Max to actually check out that batch of your product please do me one favor. If the rep takes a sample, unscrews the top and confirms there are "tubs or straws" in the containers and considers that a quality control check you company needs help. You can't verify the validity of the problem unless you test the bottles I have returned and others in the same batch by ACTUALLY ATTACHING THEM TO A HOSE.

Bought the "Eight Insect Control" and the product in the bottle may be great but the sprayer to get it out is terrible. Going to return and try a new one.
