Great customer service from Mr. Gonzalez and one of his staff members last night (I did not get his name). I got there right after their closing hours but they still went out of their way to help me with my emergency. That is an outstanding customer service. Thank you both!

Don’t waste your time with these guys. Customer service is lacking. I went for an oil change, 2 cars in the bays, 1 waiting outside, then I pulled up next to that car. After a few minutes, the car in the bay in front of me pulled out and they pulled the car that was waiting before me into the bay, as they should’ve. I wait another 10 minutes, no movement. A woman pulls up next to me. I inform the service guy that I was there first, by a solid 15 minutes, and she had just pulled up, so I should go before her. He agreed. A few minutes later the car in front of her (the 2nd of the original 2 vehicles being serviced) finally pulls out of that bay… what do they do??? A different guy comes out and tells me that my bay is about to open “in a minute”, and he pulls the woman’s car into the bay and they proceed to work on it. I waited another 8 minutes!! The car in my bay still had the hood up! The guy working on that vehicle was working really slow… like he was moving in slow motion, and they knew I was there before the other car. I just backed out of the line and left. If you truly want quality work and good service, do yourself a favor and go to Casey’s Automotive. I should’ve known better.

This place does not value their customers. I had a bad experience with them on one cold morning. I headed to their shop for some regular oil change on a day that was cold. There were some two or three cars ahead of me and I patiently waited for my turn for more than an hour. Yes, it took an hour until someone came up and asked me to pull the car to a particular spot and asked me if I was there for an oil change. I said yes, and he said I am next. Another car who was waiting behind me was brought to a spot next to mine and the same guy who said I am next, pulled that car into the shop. I went in and asked what was going on and why I wasn't called in since I am the next one in the queue. The same guy just said he didn't know. I was frustrated and called the manager, well as expected he just came and said he didn't know what happened. At the end of my oil change my car still showed This shop used to be good before, not sure what happened and they have lost my confidence in them and not going thereafter.

During oil change they checked my air filter and they didn’t fixed it properly and my drawer not fixed and it keep falling more then it suppose to. When I asked them to fix it (I believe it is fixing a cap properly) they didn’t care about what I am talking about simply shut the door and talking in phone and watching something on their phone. These people are scammers, they will add BS services without asking and charge you. Eduardo D charged $80 on top of our oil change for cabin air filter change. Worst Jiffy Lube, go to any other Jiffy Lube. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

Beware- Came in for a simple service, left with an $1100 dollar bill after the mechanic broke an engine part during our service (negligent). We ended up having to rent a car for several days and AFTER being promised they would cover the cost of the part and labor- that was a complete lie- and we paid for all of it. I will be taking this to our attorney and BBB as this is a shoddy, unethical business practice. If you break something- you're liable. Service: Oil change

arrived just after they opened. they took me in right away, treated me with such kindness & warmth! staff were very friendly. before I knew it the oil change was completed! will definitely be coming back for the next oil change 👍😄
