Second flat panel from BSS since 2017. Needed an addl TV for family room, and went back to BSS in Fredericksburg because of RYAN--great customer service, and very knowledgable! In ADDITION, the price was competitive with big box stores; delivery/basic setup was free, and we got an addl warranty for free!

After looking at big screen TVs for the last three years, I finally purchased an 85 in Samsung TV on Saturday at the big screen store in Fredericksburg Central Park . The sales guys were knowledgeable, friendly and engaging in helping me make the right decision for my purchase. No high end sales pressure or trying to upsell a TV or device that I did not want or couldn’t use . These guys were all about customer service and helping you make an educated decision!!!! On Wednesday, Ro & Tyrell were my installers and theses guys were great!!!! I received a call about 45 minutes prior to their arrival and they were on time. Both of my installers were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what they were going to do. Installing the TV took about 30 minutes and these guys even offered to program the TV for me. I could not have asked for a better group of installers like Ro & Tyrell. Altogether the experience of purchasing the TV and having it delivered to the installation process was quick efficient and seamless. All this at a cost that was lower than Costco or Best Buy. Finally, the Big Screen Store helped me all this great customer service ,at a price lower than Best Buy and Costco!!!!!! Steve in Fredericksburg

They will not honor price match if the other company doesn't offer 2 year warranty. (This is how they get you, they'll tell you they will take away the extra 1 year and if you finance it through snap they will ask you to charge to a credit card and only then they will price match.) Shady company. I found the TV 180 bucks cheaper and as stated above they would only honor if I accepted new term. It wasn't presented like this in the beginning and it doesn't say that on their website. Our sales person was ED. becareful of this company and if you find a cheaper price, get ready to lose the extra year warranty and charge it to your card.

This TV is everything they said it would be. The salesmen talked at length with my husband, and explained the different features. My only complaint is the delivery men that were used. My husband was the one who received the t.v. and there were two men. One was trying to move the 85" by himself while the other played on his cell phone. Once my husband asked him why he wasn't helping, the man was rude. I wished he'd gotten the names of the men since one was awesome (and apologized for the other), and the other was useless. I know this rating is on the store itself which is why I gave it 5 stars. I'm hoping the staff from The Big Screen Store will see this and replace the lazy delivery person.

The person was very knowledgeable and we purchased a wonderful television, wall mount & sound bar. Before we had even arrived back home we received a call for delivery the next evening on Friday. We expected it to take longer. The delivery gentlemen were very knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything so that we could enjoy entertainment for the weekend! My local BSS has had the same two gentleman working there for the last 4 years. They know who me and my wife are, and they go out of their way to be supportive and dedicated to our needs when we’re in the market for electronics or furniture. My big screen TV, my living room set, my Bose sound bar and multiple Bose receivers have come from TBSS. This weekend we finally updated the furniture in our media room with the set that we have been admiring for the last 8 months. As always the service was spectacular and the price is always the best for their top tier furniture. My furniture arrives this week but here is some of my purchases that I made in the past that were absolutely perfect from buying to delivery! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!
