Surprised they still have brick and mortar stores. Most of the products I was shopping for were out of stock in store and only available thru ship to home .

Went to purchase a cell phone that was not up front to pick up had to wait for an associate to come get phone that I selected from their warehouse which is inside building associate very courteous and helpful

I wasn't very satisfied. They did not have what I wanted and didn't advise where else to get it. It was very aggravating. The associates were not helpful. I'm debating whether to go back to this store. I'm not happy at all.The store manager should have been contacted. Bad business practice.

Worst Damn Best Buy ever. The store manager is from fast food back ground. Head in the clouds thinks he's top gun. Very horrible experience at this store. Very rude customer service throughout the store. Employees do not show any respect towards customers or respect your time. Waited almost 2 hrs just to inquire about a washing machine. Horrible will not spend a dime at this location. Best Buy has gone to he'll, used to be a pleasant store to visit and shop.

Ordered for curbside pickup. Order was ready very quickly, but had a 15 minute wait when I got there. Employee did apologize and I appreciated that. Overall a good experience. Not quite 5 star, but close.

The cellphone department sucks at this location when it comes to serving customers and respecting value of their time. The guy at the register is extremely slow and he refused to call for help despite another person working in the same department.

Ordered a desk online for store pickup. Drove 30 minutes to the store only for it to be the wrong desk shipped from warehouse. They reordered it and notified me a week later...... again wrong desk. They took my name and number down and said we are going to order it direct from the manufacturer and call you in a couple days. A week later still no call and you cant get a number to the actual store it goes to a call center. At this point i have wasted about 100$ in gas and am still waiting a month later for the desk. Corporate customer service is of no use offered me a 10% discount but could give me a code for it. They said if i wanted to order something right then they could do it or i could call back when i figured out what i wanted.......

Would not recommend this location. While trying to find an item listed as "1 remaining" I was approached in a very abrupt and almost hostile manner by an employee. While I understand he thought it was strange for me to be looking in the cages on wall for my item, there was no need to be hostile upfront. After I explained what I was looking for he was helpful but I kind of regret making the purchase after that. I know he's doing his job but if he had asked nicely it would have been an overall nice experience. Instead he acted like I was doing something wrong and as if I should have known better. 2 stars, he was helpful and fine to deal with in the end but rude in the beginning.

I have been waiting for my washer to be delivered for two weeks now. They keep bringing wrong washer 3 times I didn’t order. I can’t understand why they can’t check and make sure they have the right order. This is a very bad experience. Keep setting appointments only to call and find out they not coming. Whoever runs the ordering and delivery needs to be fired! Do better. Such a big inconvenience to keep switching my schedule for the delivery and you either come with wrong washer or don’t come at all! Get it together people !!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a fridge in June of 2021 with delivery date in October. Best Buy cancelled my order twice. Finally received a fridge today and what they sent was a used fridge full of food and mold (see pics). The only resolution the GM (Jevaughn) offered was to cancel my order. Now I am back to fridge shopping and awaiting a refund which has yet to be initiated.
