Meh. Big Box store. Somw people/employees like to be helpful, however, there's very little information you can really trust. They aren't paid well enough to know their product very well, and the experts there would be working elsewhere making far more money if they did know. Source: I'm very knowledgeable about most things tech and can build out all kinds of home and work tech easily and I have been lied to so many times by so many BestBuy employees that pretend or actually think they know their stuff. Within the tech community BesyBuy stories/nightmares are often retold. Good prices sometimes, buyer be ware.

I was at the Tyson’s Best Buy today and was helped by a customer service rep by the name of Seth. I was looking for a small personal heater that I needed to go camping for the weekend. This was pretty much my last resort considering how difficult it was to find a heater with such low wattage. Seth literally looked all over the entire store for me. The heater was from last season and there was only one left. Thanks again Seth!!

We went to buy a set of phones for our office. We went with the idea that someone will tell us what's best for our needs and we'll be in and out... We were told "someone will be with you as soon as possible" and no one came to help us out for over 15 min. We had to go so needless to say we didn't buy anything.

I bought a T-mobile phone from Best Buy, and I got a new phone from Totoltec service. I tried to upload again, but Best Buy said the upload connection service was no longer available with T-mobile. But Bridgewater helped with all of these uploads. I had to connect the phone same day then he took care of it with easy. He is amazing. Thank you so much Bridgewater~~~

We bought some Blu-ray’s and asked to change $60 in 20s to a $50 and a 10. Rimir had a really bad attitude with us and told us “that’s what the bank is for” excellent Best Buy, but that is terrible customer service

This Best Buy is pretty boring. I needed a car stereo & was told to go to Fair Oaks. While I appreciate the honesty- I wish they'd atleast markdown their older model stereos.

At Friday 7 pm, it was hard to get a salesperson to help me on the store The salesperson failed to put down special delivery instructions about removing my heavy old 36" tube TV. This will now require an additional trip. Otherwise, the delivery and installation were excellent. We set up a streaming service as well as connection to existing cable box.

Though I am well aware me not purchasing from the Best Buy located in Tysons Corner Virginia will not make a huge impact, I must say, “I am totally disappointed with the service my family received yesterday from the sales manager named Mike and his sales associate. When asked to price match an item with Apple he refused to do so and insisted that I just purchase the item off Amazon insisting that Amazon has better prices. He refused to price match. My understanding from previous purchases is that Best Buy does price match. This was after we purchased TWO IPADS there the day before. Just down right RUDE… Whatever happened to customers being treated with positivity and respect. So disrespectful.

We received really excellent and knowledgeable information and guidance from Chandler when we came in on Memorial Day weekend to replace the appliances for our kitchen. He had great command of the various appliances and helped us put together a package that saved us a significant amount of money while getting the quality and features we were looking for. Three weeks now into our purchase we are very satisfied. Best Buy free delivery and installation and the additional warranty benefits through our total tech membership also added real value to our purchase. Brad & Penha Vienna VA

I had booked an iPhone battery replacement directly on Best Buy’s website for this location a few days ahead of time. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they do not have anyone who could currently replace it. I had driven 30 minutes and taken some time off at work to get this done. WHY WAS THIS NOT COMMUNICATED AHEAD OF TIME? Frustrated to say the least.
