everyone i spoke to on the phone from the pharmacy was so rude and they hung up on me when i asked if they had a medication in stock. horrible customer service

Often sales not recognized at checkout. Self service scans cannot be edited and require long wait for help. Also, several times receipts jammed were empty.

Am always waiting endlessly at checkout for this one middle eastern middle aged guy employee to get his s together. Usually he is enamored and preoccupied with any female customer. Really creepy and unprofessional. This guy does not know how to keep the line moving. Also a real rude pr*ck when anyone other than a young female comes up to him for check out. I avoid this store at all costs. Zero Stars. ZERO STARS.

Pharmacy Personnel Unnecessarily Rude I was waiting just behind a man getting his prescription, with no one else in line behind me. The man left, and as I walked to the counter, the woman behind the counter began closing the screen in front of me without a single word of explanation. When I asked why, she said the pharmacy was closed. When I asked about that, she informed me through the half-closed screen the pharmacy closes from 1:30 tp 2:30 for lunch. I noted that I had arrived at the window at 1:28 according to the time on my phone. No response. I then asked to speak to her manager. That woman simply reiterated the pharmacy was closed. When I noted that I had arrived at 1:28, she just shrugged and began to walk away. I noted to her that the behavior seemed rude. The store manager was not available (she was off today). Clearly there are better ways to handle this then than simply closing a screen in a customer's face. In addition, it seems that those in line before the time for closing for lunch could be taken care of. This behavior is not typical of personnel at most of the CVS pharmacies in the area with which I have had dealings.

Waited for 30 mins on the phone to refill (automatic service was not updated). Nobody ever picked up the phone so I drove over and a worker said they opened 30 mins late. Then waited more after flagging down someone to help. Anyway, several poor customer service exchanges later and I finally got my meds. After all of the $ I've spent at CVS I'd expect more. I'll be looking elsewhere to fill my meds. A 'please' and 'thank you' can go a long way.

Worst Pharmacy ever, do not go to this one if you value your health. My mother is supposed to be on Potassium. She's taken 4 packets a day for years. Suddenly the pharmacy says it's too soon to refill because she's only supposed to be taking 2. No I have the box and the records show it's supposed to be 4. Then she claims that the doctor made a mistake and needs to fix it. I asked them for a temporary refill and they want to charge her for the refill. She's never been charged for temporary refills, what the hell is the matter with these people. This pharmacy is the worst Pharmacy ever, do not get your prescriptions here. I'm in the process of transferring all my families prescriptions from this god awful CVS. If my mother goes into the hospital because of CVS I swear I will sue.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy ladies are INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT. The pharmacy manager is also very rude. They refuse to help you if even one thing is wrong in their computer and won’t take the next steps to even look into it. They told me my prescription wasn’t ready and they have no record of any being put in. I literally went on my phone and pulled up the text message saying that my prescription was ready and then they finally helped me. They said it was a “mistake on their end” and then just handed me my prescription with no apology. I don’t understand how anyone can be that rude especially if you are the pharmacy manager. Shouldn’t you be willing to help? I just don’t get it.

The service at pharmacy is terrible. I always have to wait at least 20-30min to talk to someone there. Today, I waited 15 min to talk to person at pick up and told me to talk to someone at drop-off. After another 15 min, they told me to wait another 10 min and hop on the line again to get my prescription. The lady even rolled her eyes with very unkind manner and it is not ready! I have to go to the end of line again to wait!!! I am very angry with their service and would never be back here again!
