Best convenience store in Vienna, Virginia (VA) 2024

We had an appointment for Covid testing and have been standing in the line for over one hour. Absolutely non sense! I have always observed their staff to be slow but didn’t really care until today. Once at the counter, it took them ten minutes again to ask about my insurance name and dob. What was the point of filling up the form in advance? Pathetic pathetic service. No regards for customers time. After giving me the kit, she went away to do her tasks. At the end, didn’t even come to me. Just kept pointing her fingers in the mid air and I had no idea where to return my test. Unbelievable ~Muz

Pharmacy Personnel Unnecessarily Rude I was waiting just behind a man getting his prescription, with no one else in line behind me. The man left, and as I walked to the counter, the woman behind the counter began closing the screen in front of me without a single word of explanation. When I asked why, she said the pharmacy was closed. When I asked about that, she informed me through the half-closed screen the pharmacy closes from 1:30 tp 2:30 for lunch. I noted that I had arrived at the window at 1:28 according to the time on my phone. No response. I then asked to speak to her manager. That woman simply reiterated the pharmacy was closed. When I noted that I had arrived at 1:28, she just shrugged and began to walk away. I noted to her that the behavior seemed rude. The store manager was not available (she was off today). Clearly there are better ways to handle this then than simply closing a screen in a customer's face. In addition, it seems that those in line before the time for closing for lunch could be taken care of. This behavior is not typical of personnel at most of the CVS pharmacies in the area with which I have had dealings. ~Lars

I could only go as far as putting two gallons in my car here before leaving because the pump plays those ads on a view screen that nobody really cares about. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but they play them at an ear-splitting volume that I just couldn't tolerate. I think they could hear it in the PetSmart store across the street. I got two gallons of gas in then decided enough already. ~Steve

Recently I had a great deal of work done on my car which cost almost $2000. After I paid and left the station, they called me because they had noticed that they had forgotten to credit my coupon and owed me $40. They asked me to come back to get it, which I did. Integrity like that is very hard to find these days, and it guarantees a customer for life. I will be going back for all services, as long as it is there. I would highly recommend this place. ~Duncan
