UPS is better than Fedex Here's what happens when I drop off a package at UPS: When I go to the clerk he will ask me if I need a receipt before he even scans a package. I'll say yes and after he is done scanning he immediately gives me the receipt and I go on my merry way. In and out just like that. Thumbs up UPS. With Fedex? I go to the clerk to drop off my package and they never ask if I want a receipt. Even if I do mention I need a receipt this is what they do: they scan my package, leisurely walk 15 feet to put the package on a shelf and leisurely walk back 15 feet to the register. Finally, I get my receipt after they are done with their important and urgent business of placing my package on a faraway shelf. Sheesh. This is not the first time this has happened and it's happened with a different clerk. Also, the guy that did this today was a manager! Fedex, please learn what customer service is and try to implement this amazing idea.

I want to say that Ryan and his team at the Fedex of Worldgate are doing a excellent job. I went there to pick up some prints that I have forgot and by the way they call me to remind me thanks Maya🙏🏼. But also need it to print some images for my art classes, thing that Ryan went far and beyond to helping me and also helping his coworker in training to learn for the future. Always with a great actitud and patience. Thank you to all of you; I appreciate all your hard work.

I come here occasionally to print cards on heavy card stock and usually have had good service. On the Saturday before Mother’s Day, the guy closing up was very busy but stayed professional dealing with multiple issues. Then he stayed an extra 10 minutes to help me get my card printed and folded because I’d been waiting for 15 minutes. Good attitude and very helpful. Seems to be a busy location, though, so don’t get there 15 minutes before closing if you can help it. :)

Need to send a monitor back to the manufacturer? They can totally pack that for you! Cheapest monitor box starting at $60 (more for larger monitors). That seems fair, right??

Highly recommend that you avoid this location. The staff here pick and choose when to follow policy. Day before I had dropped off 10 packages and they took them without any issue. They did not inform me that it was the wrong packing based on the shipping label. Had they done this i would have been like oh my bad can I get the right type and repacked the boxed without issue. Go in to drop off 2 more packages the next day they force me to buy and repackage the boxes so I could get them shipped out. Issues today could have been avoided had they informed me of the error day one and had me buy and repackage my items and then i could have picked up more boxes to meet policy. While i feel like in their mind they was helping by taking the boxes and shipping them i feel like they did a great disservice by not using the teachable moment to correct issue or advise so the customer doesn't get blindsided when they are in a hurry to get someplace and expecting something quick and fast. I have called FedEx corporate and filed a complaint about this location and stunningly great ability to pick and choose when to enforce policy.

Prepaid to pick up On Sunday says hours updated two weeks ago but went and closed on Sundays. Saw 3 other ppl in the time that I was in the parking lot who were also assuming open on Sundays. Said I prepaid and had needed on Monday got a call saying I can’t have money back and have to call 800 number. Automated 800 number goes around in circles and doesn’t understand what I’m saying. This company should be a graduate school case study in how not to do business. It is so difficult to do simple things,

When I entered for 10 min, I couldn't find anyone at all let alone to ask for help, finally I had to ask this guy if he works there. After he confirmed, I ask for help and he was very kind and attentive, but that wasn't even the worst part. When I parked my car I was the only car on the parking lot, when I was leaving to my surpise one of the Fed Ex drivers parked so close to me I couldn't enter my car, I saw him coming out and asked him if he can move a little since the 5 spots next to him were empty and he told me that he is busy and I jave parked too close to the line and it is my fault and now I have to wait for him to finish loading. My car was definitely at least 5 inches inside the line.

Terrible experience. My original packaging got rejected and I didn’t mind paying $2 for the box, but charging $4 to package the box for me with 2 single strips of tape and 60 seconds of work is outrageous. Decided to buy a pack of tape there and it cost $13 for something that is $5 on Amazon. It wasn’t worth my time to go back home, repackage my item with my own box/tape, and drive back, but I feel like I got robbed. Other locations have taped up packages for me, as long as I brought my own packaging and prepaid label

I had a great experience here with the staff. They printed out my return slips and then offered to finish the packing for my returns without charging me anything. I really appreciated the extra effort -- especially because I didn't end up paying for any services at this location. They were incredibly friendly and the location was clean and had anything that you would need. I did go on a Saturday afternoon when the location was not busy at all, which might have factored into the service I got compared to other reviewers experiences.
