Couldn't be happier! Paul's accidentally delivered our flowers a little early and we weren't able to fully enjoy them, so they brought us a new bunch on the scheduled day with a different beautiful arrangement and vase! Both flower sets were gorgeous and healthy, and both the staff on the phone and the delivery driver himself were so accommodating. Can't wait to use them for all of our flower needs in the future!

I ordered a bouquet for mother’s day, and i want to give the shop a lot of credit because it’s one of the busiest holidays for a florist and they did an alright job! But i was still pretty dissatisfied. I’ve seen their arrangements before and they’re totally beautiful so i’ll still go back, but i felt like the bouquet for my mom was really lacking. We were told they even charged more because it’s mother’s day. Some of the flowers were shedding petals on the drive home, and the whole thing looked underwhelming. Tons of baby’s breath with barely any flowers. But, again, i normally have a good experience with them so i’ll still go back, but i was pretty disappointed.

So happy with the service at Paul’s Flowers. I called with a budget and they worked with me to make these beautiful arrangements. Made it so easy texting me photos of flowers and vases. Definitely will order flowers from here again!

Don't waste your money on this florist. Terrible service. They left the flowers on the walkway without ringing the bell or knocking AND in frigid weather! Overpriced, bad service. Will not be ordering from there again. Would give less stars if possible.

I live in Pembroke Pines, Florida and I wanted to send a Teleflora’s Birthday Bouquet arrangement to my daughter’s godmother who lives in Millis, Massachusetts. So I searched a local florist near her and so glad I found Paul’s Flowers to deliver the same day of her birthday. The lady who took my order was very professional, patient and knowledgeable and helped me placed the order over the phone. The flowers, balloons and chocolate were delivered quickly and handled with great care. My daughter’s godmother was so happy. Thank you to all who made it possible to deliver a great birthday gift to someone who means the world to us even though we are miles apart.

My husband’s mother passed away in February. May 23 was her birthday. My daughters & I wanted to do something special for my husband on this day, his mother’s first birthday without her on earth. My daughter ordered her grandmother’s favorite flowers, yellow roses & asked if some lilacs could be added to bouquet since her grandmother had tons of lilacs in the yard of the home where she raised her 3 sons. Lilacs have finished being in bloom for the season so it was a challenge to accommodate our wish. We are soooo grateful that Paul’s Florist went out of their way to make it happen & added sprays of lilacs to the arrangement. Now we have my mother-in-law's favorite indoor & outdoor flowers to present to her son to lighten the sadness on this special day.

Had a last minute request to deliver to Norfolk on Thanksgiving and they came through with a beautiful bouquet. My family loved them and it meant the world as I couldn't be there in person.

This place is AWESOME!! I usually go there after hours and use their vending machine. Yes, a vending machine for flowers! Just like a soda machine - you put your money or credit card in, select the door number, open door and you just pull out the flower arrangement you wanted. It's quick & simple. PLUS the machine is available 24 / 7 /365!!! I have been inside a few times and trust me when I tell u - If you need a unique gift, they will have it. Plan on spending some time there, as it's just a wonderful place to look around and see all the nick nacks. The employees are absolutely wonderful, especially Kathy. ***** I purchased the flowers on the left from the vending machine for my mom who was in the hospital. They were so fresh and beautiful!
