I went to this store today looking to purchase several pairs of Dockers slacks. As I was walking to the department area I passed 3 separate groups of employees who were standing around talking about personal stuff. None of the groups acknowledged me or ask if they could help me! After reaching the mens area I was appalled at the condition of the displays. Nothing was in order or categorized by style or size. The picture shows why I won’t be returning to this location. This isn’t a bad case of poor management, but rather no management!

Seems this time of year, Kohl's shelves are full. Lots to choose from. On average, visits, most other parts of the year, random styles, and sizes, usually not in my size! Organization is an issue, later in the day ive noticed.

GREELEY 12/19 - It was a GREAT visit to KOHLS. This time of year can be stressful for both the customer and the Service Members - Not The Case! ALL of the Service Members I came in contact with were cheery and most helpful. Especially the person working the Amazon Return center. Unfortunately it was her last day. The Amazon Return Center can be found in the Bedding Department at the center rear of the store this year. Merry Christmas and thank you for the great service!

Xmas gift needed a bigger size. Asked if they had it in stock was told no. Did find 1 and then preceded to tell me they could only give me 10 dollars when it was 21 dollars because I had no receipt and to top it off they wanted 31 dollars for the larger size I needed. In the end they wanted 21 dollars more when I should only have to pay 10 dollars more. Lost my business.

Came here to return an Amazon item. You are immediately blasted with per"fume" upon entering and can not get away from this toxic chemicals/allergies anywhere in the store. It strongly permeates everything and every corner of the store. I left with a headache and sickness. No shopping done here. I will not ever be going back and will not be sending anyone I know to this store again. I feel sorry for every employee and customer that has not been educated over the dangers of fragrances. This is not a safe healthy store at all.

Lack of product in the shoes departments was very disappointing. Size 10 was not to be found in every popular style. Just seems they had no stock so boxes are all unorganized. I blame the pandemic.

Went into this store to find shoes in their clearance section that aren't even marked down. And if I want male fragrance spray I guess I'll have to order it off Amazon since you don't have any. Looks like your going into business of selling walls and empty space. Thanks for nothing!

I love the store but really wish they would make their employees at least come to work smelling good. There is this one super short brunette there that always smells like onions and B.O. The first time I walked passed her I didn't think anything of it but its been several times and I just think its so unprofessional and really lowers the quality of the store. You don't even have to be right next to her. The smells travels a good distance from her. I really hope something is done about it because it really is disgusting.
