No restrooms because they don't feel like accommodating to their customers. Every business should offer restrooms if you don't you do not care about your customers. “Sorry for the inconvenience” if it was an emergency situation i would understand but they've been closed and no one cares enough to fix them. Thats part of management so the manager here sucks.

Fantastic experience today at this CVS. Not only was it extremely clean and well-organized, but I had a terrific experience with Jessica, the Nurse Practitioner, and the pharmacy. I'm visiting from out of state and ran out of a medication (my own fault). I was able to schedule an appointment at the MinuteClinic within a few hours, where Jessica listened carefully to me, checked out my vitals and then wrote me a new script to get me through my trip. Much to my surprise, the pharmacy filled it within 10 minutes and I was on my way. That's much better service than I get from my own pharmacy! Thanks to everyone at this CVS store; you made a big difference for me today and I am grateful.

They must be understaffed. The people that work there always seem very angry. I called this morning about a prescription and was spoken to in the most rude way. The woman actually hung up on me at the end of the call. I was being kind I don’t understand why she was so unkind. I believe they’re understaffed and overworked. Ever since it became a health hub they can’t seem to keep up with my prescriptions. They get angry at me for needing the drugs my doctor prescribed. Angry and rude. It’s very frustrating and I plan on switching pharmacies. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

Better to go here at CVS than Walgreens which is rated the worst pharmacy in Mt.pleasant. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else they are rude and have no idea about your prescription and what little they do know,they will lie and you will never ever get them to answer the phone the very worst place and stake imaginable,,they can't fill your scripts correctly and have screwed mine up dozens of times rude staff and incredibly stupid,,do yourself a favor and to CVS and never trust Walgreens with your meds ,, the female staff have personal problems and she passes her problems of being a disgruntled pill pusher who hates her job,not our problem hers rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with

The incompetence continues 4yrs later… Dropped off a script on a single sheet of paper with 4 meds listed. They filled the first on paper and forgot about reading the rest. When asked, they found original prescription and was told they would take care of it. Guess what? One of the 4 was out of stock at all CVS’! 4hrs later, I don’t have my medication needed to heal. Then, was told to find another pharmacy and to have them call this store to transfer. Wow! Can’t even make up the horror stories being told at this store. I’ve had better service and competence from a child’s lemonade stand. It’s a very scary thought that these employees are filling medications for elderly and folks in our community,

I’m not sure what all the other reviews are so salty about— I found this to be easily the most well-staffed, well-trained, and clean CVS location I’ve ever been to. The only downside is that it’s bit of a pain to get in and out of.

Called to verify that they were open and had crutches. The answer was yes to both. My wife drove there to get the crutches which I needed. They did not have any in stock. CVS I hope you read your reviews. I will never shop at a CVS anywhere again. CVS employee people that care about customers and get rid of the ones that don’t.

NOT ALL CVS STORES ARE CREATED EQUAL! Don't even bother going to the Ben Sawyer address. Absolute incompetence. THIS CVS was GREAT! What was taking almost an hour with the other two, took TWO MINUTES here! THIS IS THE ONE TO GO TO!

This used to be a nice pharmacy with really nice employees. Now that it has transformed to a "health hub" the front desk personnel is rude and your prescription is never ready when they say it will be. I am moving my business elsewhere, such a shame as it is bikeable from my house. Why would you get rid of the nice people?

I will never forget how much Jill Madrid blessed me when I was at this CVS. I was having a horrible time getting medication that I truly cannot live without. The insurance company as well as the medical supply company had been trying to help for almost a week, with no results. I spent five minutes explaining things to Jill, and she truly came to my rescue. Seriously, she's amazing!!!!
