Pharmacy screws up all the time. Looses prescriptions so I have to get it called in again. Yesterday doctor called in 2 scrips AT THE SAME TIME and 24 hours later I go to pick them up. She only had Only ONE ready!!! So she went on the computer and said yes they did have the other one and they would fill it. So I Waited. Usually a wait whether I go inside or use the drive through. What a mess!!!

The pharmacy is terrible. They overcharge for EVERYTHING. A medication at Kroger/Walmart cost under $9 and here they were trying to charge me $192.

Horrible online covid testing signup process. It's not wonder it's spreading like a wildfire, you can't sign up with Walgreens and CVS doesn't have any appointments until 2-3 days out with a 2-3 day wait after that for results.

Picked up my prescription my insurance card was unreadable. No problem, I was told I could pay then get refunded for the difference through the insurance company. Well.... they don’t take my insurance at Walgreens and no one told be as they had my insurance card in their possession, so now I’m out that money right at the holiday season during a pandemic when I could of gone next door and picked it up at Walmart for $5 if I would of been informed by the pharmacist my insurance wasn’t recognized by Walgreens. I’ve been a customer for years this May change that for me.

Customer service is awesome! The pharmacist tech helped us find the cheapest price for our prescriptions which she didn't have to do.

Generally a good place but prices are high for most items unless you hit a sale. Signed up for their rewards program but it doesn't give you the sale price without coupons. The tech, Amy, in the pharmacy was unpleasant, bordering on rude. Get your drugs elsewhere.

Went there today for Senior flu shot called first. It was raining hard, got there 1:05 lunch not till 1:30 they told me I had to wait till after lunch. Paper work to be filled out. Complained to manager, all she said was she was sorry. I went to a competer, filled out paperwork in about 3min. sat. for 5min. Got shot done.

Wanted to commend a nice lady named Wanda who helped us today. We were looking for a specific item in the medical supply area. She was helping another customer & when finished I asked for help. She was very nice helping us find the item, looking to see if there were alternatives, and checked about pricing because I found it online & in the store pricing was higher. Walgreens did not honor the lower online price (I couldn't wait to order the item) nor did it offer the buy one, get one 50% off. I just appreciated the friendly helpful service that Wanda gave us & as we were leaving she said, "I can check you out right here" & we walked over to a register. I happened to notice her name tag said "beauty consultant" so her specialty was cosmetics & beauty aids yet she was so very friendly & helpful as we searched for a cast cover for our grandchild in the medical supplies section. She gave great customer service & I wanted to make a commendation...As for the store, it was very clean & well stocked with items.

Nice store. Thankful for its later hours. Most other pharmacy stores were closed when I needed it. The store layout seems to be mirrored from most other wallgreens I am used to so it took me a little to find my regular items. Overall clean well-stocked store and friendly staff.
