Probably the most unreliable pharmacy I've ever been to. Without fail, almost every time I go to pick up a prescription, there is something wrong, either they are missing didn't fill one of several rxs, don't have something ready despite sending a message that it is ready, etc.. I can't change pharmacies soon enough.

Terrible. Staff at the pharmacy is constantly disorganized, system failures are common, often outright rude. TL;DR: Pharmacy assistant angrily ranted and became sarcastic after my mom politely asked whether she could use her card to pay following a days long system outage which had prevented her from getting a critical prescription. They just had a days-long complete system failure where my mom was unable to get her extremely medically necessary prescription without cash. (And due to her disability, she can't get cash without my help.) Noticing the drive through back open, we used it. After a long wait, Mom simply asked the pharmacy assistant if their systems were back up and whether she needed to pay with cash or could pay with card. For some reason this made the pharmacy assistant extremely irritated and she angrily told us we could pay however we wanted. I explained that their system had been down so we'd been prepared to pay cash. "Yes, I explained to you already that the Walgreens servers were down Thursday and Friday!" which then evolved into, "I don't understand why you’re frustrated with me." Lady, what? She literally picked a fight because she was asked if we could pay with a card. She could have just said, yes, our system is back up, you can pay with a card. For some reason she went on this rant multiple times before I finally said, "Can we just get on with this transaction?" This was her cue to become even more inexplicably rude and sarcastic. I get that it was a rough few days but you can't take that out on every customer who asks about it. And this is honestly just the last straw with them. We're looking for another pharmacy.

By far the WORST pharmacy ever! I give them and F- and 0 stars! Called 15 times and every time I was put on hold for 20-30 minutes and then they hung up on me. Same thing when I tried calling the store to speak to the store manager. They have also screwed up my prescription refills several times and not filled them at all and no notification was sent either not to mention having to wait 30-45 minutes in line to pick up a prescription as they only have one window open at the pharmacy. Avoid this horrible pathetic useless and incompetent pharmacy. I was forced to switch to Walgreens after my pharmacy closed down and now I called another branch of my former pharmacy to have my prescriptions transferred and thankfully they will take care of it. It is extremely rare for me to post reviews but this particular Walgreens pharmacy is the WORST and I want to spare others the pain, time wasted and aggravation they have caused me numerous times. I am so glad to get rid of them for good! AVOID THIS PHARMACY!

I thought CVS was bad, make way for Walgreens! This place is terrible !! Especially the pharmacy, full of confused and incompetent workers. Could not fill my simple prescription before I leave the country. Gave them 4 days to figure it out but nah and the classic excuse holiday weekend. Trust me on this, stay away from this location….

The pharmacy is the worst! Several times I have sat in my car waiting for over 45+ mins with just one car ahead of me. Not sure why it takes an hour + to get a filled prescription.

Lady from pharmacy sucks. All these reviews about their staffs are true. A young lady pharmacist was very rude, and our Covid samples are still not received by the lab after two days!! I should've gone to another walgreens,not wasting time. People, please do your covid test somewhere else.

The pharmacy inside this Walgreens is the worse. The waiting time and the workers are very arrogant and mean. It has been couple times I had to wait more than 15-20 minutes either in front of their window or at drive thru. When I told them hey I’ve been waiting so long and she said ‘don’t we all!’ What that supposed to mean. There is nobody behind me and your busy doing what you do without looking if you have customers or not. Think twice before you use their service for pharmacy. It not worth it. The pharmacy workers need better training and manager.

The old lady, Janice, who was cashier on 2.2.22 and her manger on duty, Karla, were the rudest today. I don’t know what is their problem, but they need help. The pharmacy tech is not helpful at all. This Walgreens seems to be low on stock for many items. The store is not too clean. Parking is plenty.

Never used for the pharmacy, but for the photo department store. They always have a good amount of clearance and photos are always ready on time. Clean and well stocked store with plenty of parking. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby too.
