10/10 service, I needed a new phone ASAP and the branch manager Ali was phenomenal and got me set up within 30 mins. AT&T is often at the butt of all of my jokes around customer service, but Ali and Jason really changed that!

I purchased a prepaid phone card back in the 1990s AT&T has done away with the card I still have money on the card. I am unable to call AT&T as I have no number with them. I talked to Sunday Jones on June 2nd and she lied she didn't call me back the next day as she promised. The 1-800 I used to call for customer service referred me to a website that I can't get NO information from. AT&T SUCKS THAT'S WHY I LEFT THEM IN MAY 2019!!
