HOLISTER at Lenox Mall in Buckhead in Atlanta is is simply great shopping for great close with great California designs. The best quality of fabric. The store is detailed with organization and great selections including great sales. Great service in helping to find sizes and checkout. A gem of a store for shopping at Lenox. I visited on Tuesday, 6-7pm.

I recently found out that I can now fit in Hollister clothes and I bought so many pants. Love ripped black jeans. The jeans are stretchy and extremely comfortable.

Fan of Hollister! This store in Lenox mall has good collection. I love their Hoodies, Shorts, Sweat shirts and casual shirts. Hollister is my must visit store whenever I go to Lenox Square or North Point Mall.

They were extremely rude. I came in the store 5 minutes before closing and i already knew the jeans i wanted i just needed to try them along with another customer. A male that was on the register a long with his customer were yelling how annoying it is when customers come in late. He continued to yell registers are closing and wouldn’t give us time to get to the registers. I understand we came in late but it was very disrespectful to try to purchase my items and they knew i wanted them and closed the registers. They are very unprofessional and it isn’t a good look for the store at all.

s/o to the guy who rang up my clothes. he was a very handsome guy and was nice. i thought i was the only one who disliked despacito, he's a trooper because he has to listen to it all day. i loved his hair and he was super chill overall. sucks i didn't get his name😕

My kids love their clothes. The customer service & delivery is HORRIBLE. I did my kids clothes shopping online and the delivery was screwed up. All the information was correct AND the website said they don't deliver to Post Office Boxes BUT they sent my package there and now my package is returned. The customer service basically give you the same standard script for packages being returned. Now Im waiting for the whole 2 week process to go thru in order to get my refund. If I never received the package don't you think you will be receiving all your items back and at least yall can re-ship a different method to accommodate your customers. So now it looks like I have to do school shopping AGAIN since school will be starting in a week and a half.

When being interviewed and trained here, I swear its in the manual, to provide the worst possible customer service. No one that works here is nice, friendly, or at all helpful. They all look at you like "What are you doing in here?" every time we walk in the door. It's not just this store but all Hollister locations. I will be glad when my daughter grows out of this fad so I will not have to walk back into any of these stores.
