The manager yells and belittles her employees and when she did it in front of me I checked her about yelling at her grown employee's and she told me to leave.... You can tell her employees are scared of her by the look on they face when I cursed her OUT... I really wish she would of came outside... She is going to use that mouth on the wrong person one day and I hope I am there to witness it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DISTREPCTFUL STORE.... #OLDNAT #COLLEGEPARK

IN ACTUALITY THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION DESERVE ZERO STARS!! THE WOMEN MANAGERS(THE ONE ON SHIFT FRIDAY 12/3]/2021) WAS UNDENIABLE UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE. THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR FROM A PERSON FROM MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! ESPECIALLY TOWARDS CUSTOMERS (MYSELF) AND STAFF( WHICH SHE BELITTLES IN FRONT OF A LINE FULL OF CUSTOMERS). THIS PARTICULAR MANAGERS HAS PRESENTED THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS UNFORTUNATELY!! SHE DEFINITELY NEEDS RETRAINING IN HOW TO TRAT RESPECT AND JUST OVERALL PROFESIONAL PERFORMANCE SKILLS!

Big store. Shelves a little sparce. Manager, who stood feet from me on the salesfloor and never acknowledged me, refused to honor a toy that HE marked incorrectly. Poor customer service.

I wish I can give it zero stars! This Family dollar has to be the work family dollar on old national! Well the worst family dollar ever honestly. This family Dollar never has carts and they always have push carts and boxes all over the floor hard to walk through the aisle. Way too many safety hazards! This store should be fined! Lord forbid if someone is in need of medical attention at the store! Smh y’all have to do better and make the employees put their phones up and attend to the customers too many young managers they don’t care and his is nonchalant.

I was Shocked to come here! I haven’t seen this Family Dollar so neat in a long time! A guy opened up another register as soon as the line started getting long. The staff was helping customers but I heard (Hello well to Family Dollar) all the way from the other side of the store! I’m coming back just because I like to see the young man and older lady competition to sale snicker bars!

They never have anything in stock. But I never seen this store in a mess. Trust me the other Family $'s that I have visited have no structure, but at least they have products in stock. So I am in between, of do I rather the mess or shelves stock with product. Only because, they are not messy, and the staff is people friendly, I rated this location 2 🌟 But If you are in need of anything, trust me, going to busy, long walks in hell Wal Mart, would actually save you time. Coming here for even one thing, you will be anger. This location never have that one thing. So take that 1.5 mins drive on over to Wal Mart. You may have to walk a little bit longer, and wait in three of the 20 lanes they have open, or even in the long line for self checkout, but you will get what you came for. Thus, on your way home afterwards, and not have to worry bout making another stop, due to their lack of inventory!!! Never say that I didn't warned you!!!

This Family Dollar like the rest tries to carry everything in the store to make your trip a one stop shop! There was limited staff on hand during my visit they had stockers out on the floor putting stock on the shelves.
