This location is currently going through a remodel or mass restocking. Unfortunately many of the items that I expected to be able to find on the shelves were not locatable. The cashier was very pleasant and explained that it would be another day or so before everything goes back in its place. I told her I would return next week as I'm in the area quite often.

This is by far the worst Dollar tree I have ever been to in my life they are always out of stock with th bare shelves it’s a waste of time to even go in the store!!! Why are they even open !!! This is a reflection of corporate and management horrible!!!

I just pulled up at 8:53 and the door was locked. The door sign says they close at 9pm. The staff was standing at registers, specifically a woman with red hair, with no customers in store mouthing to me that they are closed. It’s considered 9pm “to them” so I should come back tomorrow. I won’t be returning and if you’re understaffed that’s one thing but that didn’t appear to be what was happening here. I will be calling the manager with my feedback in the morning and hopefully I’ll have an update!

Work for them and have found out 1 manager doesn't know another doesn't care to try to no another, would give me at her Convenience a DM's name that would be a reasonable ❓ an employee would ask of an employer, especially who acts like The Blind Leading The Blind!! Yep, now I know why AJC said Dollar Tree Corporation treats There Employee's badly, over work under pay and burn out There Employees. Yeah 👍 they Talk to you like A Dog hang up on you. True professionals I have been appalled at blatant bad reviews of N Lake Location and had the unfortunately pleasure of working There 2 Time's. Manager was verbally abusive to me. Manager abusive at the Store where I was informed a cashier was a pack mule for the last few days, with snide remarks I could listen to Throughout the afternoon. True professionalism Not

Nice location for shopping. Store was in disarray. Been years since I have been at this location. I would stop in again if I had to have something while shopping in the area.

Location was extremely messy, clutter everywhere and unorganized. Employees were rude, you're better off taking your money elsewhere.

I come to this store often and it never ever opens on time. It opens at 8am its currently 8:10. There are 3 employees literally just sitting inside. They also play loud music from a radio. Why can’t they put ear buds on. I do like this store. Its clean and the staff is friendly. Thats why i keep coming back.

PRINCIPLE - It seems to be Managers there can decide Dollar Trees policy as they see fit. Last year they flat out refused to accept any of my coupons. I left my possible large purchase. I see at another store signs at registers stating coupons were accepted. I decided to try the BriarCliff 3667 store again. The cashier gets the Manager NIKKI override the register to accept the coupons. Then MGR Nikki proceeds to tell me that the only one coupon would be accepted, she pointed at the tiny writing stating it said one per consumer. NO it didn't. Thx Nikki for the rehearsed lie. Check the coupon says "Good only on purchase of product(s) indicated." So I asked for 2 items to be cancelled because she refused me to use 2 coupons. This doesn't happen at the one on La Vista with same coupons, where I can use 4 of the same coupons no issue! This is not the only store that mangers use and abuse their power over customers because they know upper management will do nothing to enforce store policies as long as $$ are coming in.
