It's surprising what you can find at Dollar Tree, for example I like the jalapeño peppers at Dollar Tree better than the jalapeño peppers from Publix or Kroger. This is just one of many examples.

When a business closes at 9 pm... it means 9 Pm not 10 mins early lock the doors. And that person was the manager. Not only did he see me at the door and looked at me he looked the other way like I'm not opening the door as I'm looking and pointing to the clock... Well somebody left out and I walked in when that door opened because I needed to grab 2 things... As I'm walking to the register the announcement comes up the announcement comes up saying if you are not at the register in 1 min then you will not be getting rung up and you need to put your belongings down and come back and try again tomorrow because we are closing and shutting down the registers...... 1st of all so very unprofessional and yes that message was relayed across the entire store by the manager... Secondly if you didn't lock the door's 10 minutes early I could have had my 2 things been in line and been back in my car seeing THAT AT THAT POINT when I made it in the store it was no longer 10mins but 4 before 9pm... I totally understand the fact that some people may come in close to closing and want to and want to grab a whole cartful of items or do an hour worth of shopping I get that but still customer service should not be lacking due assuming the worse... And the fact the behavior was from the manager? Sad sad sad.

Friendly staff and lots of stuff to chose from. Only negative thing is I always leave with more than I walked in for. Great store!

They had a good variety of items. The cashier Lesbian was casually talking on the phone the whole time we were in line. When I asked for my receipt she told me to get it myself.

I’ve never been treated so rudely at this store as I was today, the cashier was not helpful at all. Definitely will never return here. I’m a store manager and no one on my team would even attempt not to go the extra mile for a customer and build that customer LOYALTY.

This Dollar Tree is on winter Chapel next to a neighborhood Walmart. There is also a Greek restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and a bar/grill in the plaza. We went to the Dollar Tree, they have a lot of inventory, the employees are very nice and helpful. It is nice that they are taking the virus seriously and you have to have a mask. They sell two masks for a dollar in a package, I bought one and it's very nice. Definitely will come here again.
