Went there today based on a YouTube video I saw them do. Brought in my 4x 6V batteries thinking I needed to exchange them. They metered my batteries and said they still had some good life in them, and recommended how to charge them. I’m sure that saved me at least $500, I appreciate their honesty and will be bringing all my battery business to them in the future!

You need to shop at Deep Cycle. I asked them a question on the internet. They steered me to the least expensive option and explained why it was the best. No one answers emails that way today. They just point you to some lame website blurb because they likely don't know what they are talking about. Awesome company!

Great group of people to do business with! Jeff offered several options and price points for our battery project. Clear communication, good prices and quick delivery/installation (next day!). They removed all of our old batteries (2800lbs.!) and placed our new batteries in a couple of hours. Very pleased and I would recommend Deep Cycle Battery to anyone who is in need of batteries for their boat (or golf cart, or RV, or killer robot).

The guys at Deep Cycle Battery are awesome! I came to them looking to replace my 12 V G 27 AGM batteries that I use in my camper van. I was looking for the ultimate deal, since my budget was tight and I was willing to buy used batteries. I came to them first and wanted to compare their prices and products to other suppliers. They were not hesitant to give us recommendations and suggest looking at their competitors which may have more budget-friendly options. I sat in their parking lot for about half an hour while I called about 6 different battery shops. I came to find that Deep Cycle had the best deal after all! After my experience with them, I definitely see myself making them my main source of battery supply. They were happy to share their knowledge and honest opinions. My batteries are high quality, and work just as they should. And the service was exceptional.

First, Price! I couldn’t find a better one for the batteries I was looking for (6V). Their prices are posted online AND easily accessible without having to...ugh...configure what MFR golf cart and trim level I was looking to install them in (travel trailer). I opted to text them with an inquiry of a specific battery MFR and size. I received a response within 15 minutes confirming the online price and that they were in stock. After a 2 hour drive (LA area to SD area) I was greeted by Chris (Manager) who, after exchanging pleasantries, took my payment, loaded the batteries in my truck and had me on my return trip home in maybe 20 minutes...TOO EASY. After 35 years of working in retail sales I believe I understand what excellent, mediocre and poor customer service looks and feels like, and my experience yesterday with Chris and Deep Cycle Batteries was certainly in the excellent category. I would strongly recommend them as the go-to for anyone’s battery needs. Thanks again, Chris!
