I had my windshield replaced in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate edition. Everything looked good at first glance upon pick-up, but when I got home and wiped the dashboard down, I noticed a gouge in the plastic dashboard up next to the windshield. I took it back and they fixed the damage dashboard, but when I opened the hood to add wiper fluid, I noticed the plastic trim under the windshield was broken aswell. You can only see the damage when the hood is open.... They did fix everything in two return visits on my time and miles at today's gas prices 20 miles away, it should have been one visit and they should have told me about the damage they caused when I picked my vehicle up. Waiting for me to find it is terrible service. I won't go back to this shop again.

Dropped my truck off at 930am, was called by a tech on the phone at 245pm to tell me he couldnt do my windshield because I have a light bar. I thought this was weird because i dont have a light bar i have ditch lights but whatever. Tony, the tech, then kept talking over me when i was asking about his concerns with the aftermarket parts i had because in my mind safelite had replaced it 3 times already and the parts were not in the way of the windshield in any way and hadnt been an issue before. In response to my questioning he used the phrase "i dont tell you how to do your job, dont tell me how to do mine" so at that point it felt like tony was having a bad day and probably wanted to leave early and was making up reason to not do my vehicle so i asked for the manager. Tony said he was the manager so i asked for his boss. Tony wouldnt help me at that point, later i find hes not a manager and only a shift lead,so i reached out and spoke to the actual manager who im waiting to help resolve the situation. In the meantime i had to go back and pick my vehicle up Horrible customer service so far at this location. We will see how the manager Josh can help

Not a company you should trust!!! Summary: 3 different appointments, wasted time & money, scratches on my dash and damage to my paint. I will not be returning! After my windshield was struck by a rock, I called my insurance to start a claim. Their parent company is Safelite so I thought this should be an easy fix. I was dead wrong. I called Safelite and they told me they had my windshield in stock and scheduled me a few days later. I arrived and they told me it would take about 2-3 hours. After waiting an hour, I was told that they did NOT have my windshield. It would take a few days and that they would call me. After 8 days… I called them and they said, oh yes, we do have the windshield, but had no answer why they didn’t notify me. I returned a week later for my second appointment and a technician came out looked at my window shield and says, “We definitely do NOT have this windshield.”… I literally had to call the Safelite corporate office to get them to fix the problem because the branch manager would not come out of the office to address it. After the new windshield was installed, I left and found my defrost vents smashed in, scratches on my dash and left fender and chips in my paint around the windshield. I didn’t bother going back to address those problems since they clearly can’t do their only job! Service: Auto windshield repair

I used the online service to easily schedule my appointment. Rescheduling was a breeze once I realized I wouldn't make it on time the first time around. I really don’t understand why people leave 1 star reviews for this location. I had a GREAT experience! I had an appointment on 2/19 @10am. I received multiple reminders that my appointment was that day, which I love because I’m a very forgetful person. Right when I walked in, the receptionist was very professional and sweet. The service took literally less than an hour. Luis (I think that’s how you spell it) was SO amazing and had great customer service. I was on the phone and didn’t realize he was waiting for me to end the conversation but didn’t interrupt me at all! I was the one apologizing to him! Lol! I highly recommend this place :)

Terrible! no people to deal with ever! I don't do business with companies that don't have people to talk to. Really, try to get ahold of somebody at this company in person. They do have addresses for stores, I could have driven to one. To see if somebody was actually at that address, still no phone number to call at any address. I can't imagine if I had them do work and had a problem with it. Perfect company for millennials. I had a new Windshield installed by a different company than this.

super fast service to replace my passenger panel glass. I was able to conveniently book an appointment online, and received a quote through the website. I appreciate that many emails and text messages were sent to remind me of my appointment. the location was easy to find and my technician Luis was pleasant and professional. I dropped my car off at 1pm and it was ready for pickup within 20 minutes! overall a positive experience and highly recommended.

Best window replacement AND repair shop in town. Yes, they can repair your windshield too if damage is small enough and repairable. This can potentially save you a deductible payment. Ask for April or Gustavo. They're quick and always vacuum interior & clean ALL your vehicles windows when finished
