I love this ARCO in Grants Pass off the exit number 55 right next door to Walmart and easy on easy off from the freeway. It was pouring rain tonight and I needed to fill up and their cash price was about $0.12 less than using a card so I used cash that was a treat. The guy working there came out to the car and asked me if I was paying with cash or card and I said cash and he said you have to go inside and prepay. I kind of must have made a :-( and look down and he said I can run in and take care of that for you. I think they should have a tip jar at the gas station. I don't know how much attendant's make but they are providing a service I do know that they get paid but when they go out of their way for you, you should be able to tip them. Not cool I spend thousands of dollars there and go to spend the night one time in the parking lot on my way to Florida cross country in a $110000 rig and the Is security guy compares me to being a homeless guy and kicks me out of the parking lot . Needless to say Walmart will never get any more of my money the only thing I can do is take my business elsewhere and I will sorry sorry about that and good luck I'm sure somebody else will take my place. And I'm sure you guys are not even worried about it so thanks anyways goodbye ~Tracy

It feels odd to be reviewing The Home Depot haha but we recently bought our first house and have been renovating it like mad. We have not had a bad experience here yet. EVERY single employee in all the departments that we've encountered has had a friendly, helpful and professional disposition. ~Caitlyn

I take responsibility for my part in the bad experience I just had here, but still just kind of bugged me. I went in to get a fountain drink and I only had $1.45 in change on me and their largest size was $1.40, so I filled up the cup and when I got to the counter I pulled out the change and realized I lost a quarter at some point, so I was short $.20, so I let the kid know and he was like so you dont want the drink then. I said I still did and had to go out to my car and literally dig for $.20 which luckily I found and purchased the drink. When I went back in he literally counted every penny before giving me the drink. Was very rude!!! Whoever does the hiring here for customer service should be fired if this is who they hire to be the face of their company, in my opinion! ~Brandon

Although I don't shop here often I do tend to look here when looking for something specific. Staff is always very friendly and helpful! The store seems clean and inviting. I like that they have large furniture on display, it gives the store a friendly vibe. My only complaint would be that they sometimes have really good deals but other times just okay or higher prices on certain things. Overall I I usually have a pleasant experience when shopping here though. ~Meghan

Use to love this place before cosmic cloud opened . Unfortunately it's hit and miss now , I have always bought disposable vapes here with no issues but as of lately you buy one and it doesn't hit correctly and no one let's you know that you can test it in store, so you're out a good $25 . Just be aware , definitely someone needs to make it a point or put a sign up to let you know not to walk out until you test it cause not everyone has the money to throw away on a $25 vape . ~jazy
