I live in Arkansas. When you order on line. You really don't know what you'll get. You take a chance, on the picture you see. If I could give ten stars I would! Thank you so so very much. They are absolutely beautiful!!!

We called a day in advance to have them supply a bouquet of 54 roses. This was the 4th and final call we made because the previous three florists we called could not fill that order on short notice. We picked them up the next morning and they were exactly as we had asked for and in perfect bloom. They were very friendly and professional. The price we substantial but still less then I expected it to be. I will go straight to this shop for all my floral needs in the future. 5 stars!

My Brother ordered a flower arrangement for my moms birthday, and they were very nice, but they then called us and informed us they gave us the wrong bouquet and that they were going to be taking back the other one and giving us a new one. The new one was the Exact same flower arrangement but a couple of the flowers were dead or dying, and the only difference was the vase and the new one had LESS flowers. They 1. shouldn't have taken back the first ones because it was not our fault, we did not complain about them (my brother who lives in California saw a picture, and called that they were not the flowers he ordered). 2. they said if we did not give them back they were not going to give us the arrangement my brother actually paid for. 3. Again it was the exact same Bouquet but flowers were dying and dead. They were also very rude to us when they called, and got angry at the fact we had a fence so someone had to come outside to get the flowers. She did not even let me open the gate to get them, she angrily handed them over the fence and bashed the vase off of the top instead of letting me open the gate and grabbing them. They also charged my brother 20 dollars in an extra delivery fee, when we are just over 3 miles away from us. The fee was because we were too far away. These people should be overall embarrassed to have this type of service.

Husband bought an Xlarge bouquet for our 10 year anniversary. I have to say that it is the worst quality flowers he has ever bought, and he has bought a lot of flowers over all these years. They began falling apart 2 days after delivered. For $95 he expected an Xlarge bouquet, however, it didn't even have a dozen roses, only a few daisies, Lillie's , and some other kind of flower. I have received a much bigger bouquet for half the price and the flowers lasted almost 2 weeks, NOT 2 DAYS. I was and still very appreciative for his very loving thought, but after he saw the flowers and his disappointment, they began falling apart, and then he told me the price I am disappointed, and he is irritated!

If I knew how to load up pics I would show you what was actually ordered and what I actually got. My favorite color is purple and my daughter ordered a huge bouquet of purple and white...what I got was 6 Rose's in pink with white flowers. Very disappointed :/ and it's alot smaller. I figured out how to post pics. I sent a PM in Facebook and got no response, because I think it's the old probst so I just shared what I sent

I have sent two emails explaining why my daughter should be due for a refund for flowers she sent to my work for my birthday. I have not heard back. I understand some substitutions will need to be made, but mine were NOTHING like she ordered. I attached photos to email. I offered to bring them back but I never got a response. As a county employee I will definitely not be recommending this shop to anyone. * I sent two more emails today, still no response. Email was sent directly from website.

The choices for delivered flowers are overwhelming. Numerous online outlets, Amazon, Costco and local flower shops. Unsure of the quality of the online stores, I phoned this local shop and spoke with a lovely woman who helped me decide on a bouquet of the freshest flowers she just got in (lilies, roses and some small filler flowers in a vase) for a very reasonable price ($35 and no charge for delivery to the hospital). They were delivered today to my Grandma, who described them as simply gorgeous, the prettiest arrangement she has ever received (and she will be 85 years old next month). She was over the moon happy. I can't thank this shop enough for providing such excellent customer service over the phone and for making a quality arrangement for my sweet Granny.
