Back room is a disaster, cluttered aisles, unstocked, lazy management, and employees that look like they just want to give up on life. Corporate needs involvement.

gosh, DG seems to be going downhill. I can’t believe another price hike on the bottled water… It’s over 65% increase. I think they cut back the hours of staff and expect them to do more. I’ve always found the staff to be very helpful but appear to be overworked. It really rips me when they don’t change the price on the shelf and you don’t know that there’s a significant increase until you’re cashing out.

Every time I go to this store there's nothing put on the shelf they're back room is full. The male manager there tell me that Dollar general don't give them enough hours to stock. Time I've been in the store there's two or three people on duty and they're doing nothing

I absolutely love Dollar General. They have excellent customer service. For every Dollar General I have been to so far the ones I like the most is the one in Silver Springs and in Ocala. Today I stock up on my non refrigerated and canned good to keep in my bedroom... Because it makes it easier to have a snack when not needing to refrigerate it or microwave it. And today I bought cans of Vienna sausages, cans of tuna, canned chicken, beef pot roast and chicken dumpling and as well as a couple bags of chips, side sauces like ketchup, mayo and ranch. I also bought coffee, powdered creamer and a few cold bottles of my dew. I love to go efficiently cheap generic store-brand items. Yay, I love Dollar General!!!

Went in for quick stuff I needed cheap. Would have gave 5 stars but store seems kinda empty if inventory (possible effect from Corona?)... as well as the inventory they did have was scattered and aisle not label well really. Staff was friendly.

I'm sorry, I have given this place several chances and I've never been in a more disorganized, under stocked, Dollar General. I know times are tough but they need to hire sufficient staff to run this location. It's a shame that the people who work there try so hard but managed died not seem to provide the support m

Store was dirty, needed more cashier at register while manager kept taking a cigarette break as usual never saw this store in such terrible condition until New Management took over. I always try to go to another $ Tree when possible.... THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!

It never fails that there are several areas of shelving that are completely blocked by boxes of items. Are these waiting to be put away? Not sure... but when next months items are preventing customers from getting to items they intend to purchase today - not a great idea. Customer service is minimal, prices are expected, quality is as expected. Only positive is the convenience, if and when I can get to the items I am looking for.
