Had my battery fail while at work. Once triple A came and got my battery charged went to Autozone and they replaced and installed my new battery which was still under warranty. They were friendly and very efficient and it didn't cost me a dime. Thank you.

AutoZone needs more management like the manager at the 10th Street store in Ocala Florida cause he goes over and beyond to make sure you got the parts you need or if AutoZone can't get them where you can go to get them. We called a few of auto part stores they had the part in stock for 271.00. The representative behind the counter was extremely helpful to us. Not only did he give me information about the part and warranty he told me that they would do a price match if I found it cheaper well to my surprise we did. Alot cheaper for 124.95 online with the same warranty he went over and beyond to help us and we appreciate that so much. I am so glad that we choose autozone in Ocala where they care and more than willing to do there jobs and then more. A special thanks to this store and this gentleman. May you have a blessed weekend.
