Best car battery store in Ocala, Florida (FL) 2024

This is the BEST store EVER!!!!! Sabrina and her crew went out there way to find me a radiator hose that no one had for my semi truck. Sabrina located at another store and sent a awesome driver to go get it for me since I was on foot. A Memorial Day that had started out as a disaster was turned to a heavenly day! Thank You so much Sabrina and Crew on Memorial Day 5/30/2022! And a BIG Thank You to O' Reilly for carrying at least the basic BIG truck parts to keep us going to make sure the American people get what they need. ~Lydell

O'reilly's has a great group of people/staff. Jeff has been one of the guy I use he is very Knowledgeable of auto parts at any part store. I know him from AutoZone when he ran the commercial department. There and here he takes care of the customer. I buy from people not just a name brand store. ~Les

Nathan the manager was super helpful, he signed me up for rewards and seems like he really loves his job. I appreciate someone who wants to help people as much as they can and someone who is so informative. My car had broken down the night before on a family vacation still hours from our destination. The alternator went out. I called this store first thing the next morning and Randy the manager was able to get me in right away for the repair. The repair was done right and they didn't take advantage of me on the price either. I was in and out in about 2 hours to replace my alternator. The mechanic performing the work was very knowledgeable, did a great job and was excellent at discussing the problem in layman's terms I understood. As I waited for my car to be repaired, with nothing but a little time on my hands I was able to observe how Randy and his crew interacted with other customers. Randy was excellent with customer service and all his mechanics seemed knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills as well. The crew at this store should be commended as a model for other locations. Highly recommended. ~George
