Best brake shop in Ocala, Florida (FL) 2024

My car had broken down the night before on a family vacation still hours from our destination. The alternator went out. I called this store first thing the next morning and Randy the manager was able to get me in right away for the repair. The repair was done right and they didn't take advantage of me on the price either. I was in and out in about 2 hours to replace my alternator. The mechanic performing the work was very knowledgeable, did a great job and was excellent at discussing the problem in layman's terms I understood. As I waited for my car to be repaired, with nothing but a little time on my hands I was able to observe how Randy and his crew interacted with other customers. Randy was excellent with customer service and all his mechanics seemed knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills as well. The crew at this store should be commended as a model for other locations. Highly recommended. ~George
