I am a Tires Plus customer and decided to come to this location after a less than stellar experience at another store. What a difference!! I was greated when I walked in, treated very nicely by the manager Justin. He explained all issues and I felt comfortable with his suggestions. His staff was very friendly to the other customers as I waited. The waiting room is very clean and nice. I highly recommend this store and will drive the extra distance to come here.

Agreed to have work done then received a called stating the wrong part was ordered and the part needed would take a few days to come in so we paid the portion to have the part ordered after no call for a week we called and they said the part would be in that evening after a few days the no word we call to check on the progress and was told we could picked up our vehicle. Drove home, after a day or TWO less then 20 miles driven we went to run errands and the car started smoking to the point I was scared to drive it we called tires plus wondering why after spending over 3000 bucks the car was having these problems, Was told to bring the car in so we had the car towed back on a Tuesday. No word from tires plus so we called Friday and they said the macanic that did the job was unavailable . Monday no word so we called back and they told use our head caskets are blown and needed to be replaced but they didn't do that kind of work and referred us to a different shop the first we had ever heard of any engine problems our car ran with no problem just a engine light after paying 3000 buck it smokes and won't run. I'm no macanic but I'm sure something was done wrong and caused contamination never had coolant problems and tire plus still has my car and still no word from the actual macanic that supposedly worked on my car. Not good service I had things done there before never would have thought I would have this out come shady. should have tried a shade tree and got better work didn't think I would get this kind of work with a licensed professional.

Slow. Waited 3 hours for service, I was told 1 hour. The service people drive your vehicle like it was a race car. I watched a technician spinning the tires and driving erratically in the parking lot after changing a customer's tires. I would not recommend this place to my enemies. Service: Tires

My car had broken down the night before on a family vacation still hours from our destination. The alternator went out. I called this store first thing the next morning and Randy the manager was able to get me in right away for the repair. The repair was done right and they didn't take advantage of me on the price either. I was in and out in about 2 hours to replace my alternator. The mechanic performing the work was very knowledgeable, did a great job and was excellent at discussing the problem in layman's terms I understood. As I waited for my car to be repaired, with nothing but a little time on my hands I was able to observe how Randy and his crew interacted with other customers. Randy was excellent with customer service and all his mechanics seemed knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills as well. The crew at this store should be commended as a model for other locations. Highly recommended.

They left the newly installed battery on my wife’s Nissan Rogue with a loose positive cable and two days later my wife was stranded. It caused a major inconvenience and could have resulted in something worse. Can’t trust mecánica to tighten the battery cable sufficiently . Service: Battery

Slllllloooooow. I've been here for only one tire to be replaced w one other in waiting for now 1:45 minutes. I'm waiting and the car is sitting in the parking lot. Maybe I should have been told this would be hours to process.

They may have saved my life. Wonderful, caring staff and affordable prices. I was traveling from Tampa to Atlanta for a family emergency, and my car started shaking on the highway. I pulled in to Tires Plus frantic, 15 minutes before closing. They diagnosed the problem and then stayed late and fixed it so I didn’t have to drive on unsafe tires. David and Melinda were my personal heroes today, and I’m not sure what would have happened if I had kept driving without seeing them.

Excellent service on all of my families vehicles! Very knowledgeable on all aspects of Machanic’s, very good customer service, excellent pricing and quick turnaround for completion of work. I have been using this Tires Plus for years now, never a issue.
