I am emailing because I am rather upset with service scheduling at the dealership. I have lost as much as 20 days waiting time of use of my 2022 Z4 just basically waiting to get service. The car just sits OUTSIDE getting covered in dirt waiting for an available tech. I find this unacceptable. The last time it was there it also got scratched while being serviced. Again, just not acceptable. The car is garage kept and waxed often at home and is taken care of like a BMW should be. I have pride but it appears the dealership does not. Then the convertible was put through the car wash last service. WHAT? A convertible in a car wash??? No way but yes. really? Come on. Now it sits waiting again after the appointment was scheduled on the MY BMW app but service did not get it. What a wast of my time and sadly use of our car. I am exploring lemon laws at this point. I am very unhappy. This is not something I expected and basically am upset with myself in not seeing issues with this dealership as I probably should of. Even submitting this comment required having to agree to spam by having to check the 2 boxes above. One star service at best. The scratch last time is no stars.

Seven months ago I had a flat tire on my BMW X5. I brought the car to Firestone and they asked me do I have the key to unlock the wheel. I looked everywhere, and I could not find the key to unlock the wheel. I called Bmw and I spoke to a very helpful gentleman by the name of Brandon. Brandon works at Bmw and answers technical computer questions about the BMW car. Even though this was not part of his job description, he still took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, and told me to drive by BMW and he will see if he can find the missing key to unlock the wheel. When I arrive there, Brandon looked all over my car to find the missing key but was not able to. But that did not stop Brandon. He knew he couldn’t help me but instead he called for help and asked for a gentleman by the name of Brent. Brent assisted with Brandon to find the right key to unlock the lock on the tire. The problem is there were many different types of locks. Again, this did not stop Brent from looking. He got a Milwaukee drill and started checking out which Key will unlock the lock on the wheel and after 25 minutes being on his hands and knees on the ground to find which key will unlock the lock, we finally got it. I felt real bad for Brent because he wore these very nice pair of slacks and i did not want his pants to get dirty. I mentioned this to Brent, Brent said if a customer needs help, he doesn’t mind getting dirty for them. I admire his honesty and his hard work. I just want to say thank you to both Brandon and Brent for their expedient response , and helping me get my car running again.

We had an outstanding experience from beginning to end at BMW of Ocala when we recently bought our X5. The sales associate James was extremely knowledgeable on all the features of the car, and was able to address any of my concerns quickly. He was just a great salesperson: knowledgeable, not pushy, respectful, and friendly. Frank, the sales manager, was nice enough to let me drive the car home to ensure we could load all of our son’s equipment into it as the vehicle seemed smaller than our Q7. That was vital as it revealed the X5 was in-fact large enough, and my wife got to drive it and she loved how it drove, which sealed the deal. The finance manager Christina was equally nice and was never pushy as she went over all the options and entertained the multitude of questions I had about the extended warranty options. The finance dept has a really cool desk-size tablet where you sign the documents that was very efficient and just made it a lot easier. Overall it was the best car-buying experience I have had in my 44 years, and BMW of Ocala has won my business for cars in the future! Thank you to everyone, we absolutely love the car!

This was my first time purchasing a BMW and the staff made the entire experience stress free and comfortable. My sales assistant Malcom, kept me updated on the build of my car, it’s expected delivery and had all the paper work ready when I arrived to speed up the process! Highly recommended!!!!

Lou Tatar is a great salesman who made the experience relaxed and enjoyable! My experience was great with BMW of Ocala! I dealt primarily with Lucas and he was transparent, a great help, and easy to talk to. Buying my new car was as painless as it can get. We did almost all of the buying process remotely as I had to drive 5 hours to get to the dealership. I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership finalizing the deal. Got in my new car and drove home all smiles! They have a great and personable team over at BMW of Ocala. You can't go wrong buying from them.

We towed my wife's vehicle to their shop after a pothole obliterated one of the front tires. Our Service Advisor, Gage was great and took his time to explain the process and set expectations for the turnaround time, repair costs, etc. He communicated very well throughout the week while our car was in their shop to have additional mechanical repairs performed under warranty. Brent the Service Manager was also very friendly, professional and helped us when Gage was not available. Overall we felt that we were treated very fairly and handled professionally by everyone in the Service Department. We definitely recommend them for your BMW service & repair needs and will give their Sales Department a try when it is time for another vehicle. Great job, everyone!

From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was welcomed by everyone that I encountered. If you are looking for a salesman with a great personality who is knowledgeable about both cars how to work with customers, ask for Malcolm Stewart. The entire team there was amazing!

Amazing experience!! Worked with Malcolm, and I felt valued from the first time we met all the way through driving my new car off the lot. The staff were knowledgeable, not pushy, and fair with the purchasing process. They have even reached out to me in the past few days to ensure everything is going well. Once we decided the car was right for me, there were people there to walk me through everything I needed to know and set up the features exactly to my preference. I highly recommend BMW of Ocala and will be referring friends in the market for a new car to them!

Wonderful experience at this dealership. Drove in from Orlando for an appointment with James Neidermayer. James was very professional and really knew his cars. The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful, from holding doors for us to ordering us lunch while we ran numbers. This place is top notch and I will definitely be back when I’m ready for my next car.
