While I was there I also had them replace my tire monitor and he explained the repair and costs prior to completing it, total transparency. My experience was great with BMW of Ocala! I dealt primarily with Lucas and he was transparent, a great help, and easy to talk to. Buying my new car was as painless as it can get. We did almost all of the buying process remotely as I had to drive 5 hours to get to the dealership. I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership finalizing the deal.
