This is the BEST store EVER!!!!! Sabrina and her crew went out there way to find me a radiator hose that no one had for my semi truck. Sabrina located at another store and sent a awesome driver to go get it for me since I was on foot. A Memorial Day that had started out as a disaster was turned to a heavenly day! Thank You so much Sabrina and Crew on Memorial Day 5/30/2022! O'reilly's has a great group of people/staff. Jeff has been one of the guy I use he is very Knowledgeable of auto parts at any part store. I know him from AutoZone when he ran the commercial department. There and here he takes care of the customer. I buy from people not just a name brand store. ~Les

Nathan the manager was super helpful, he signed me up for rewards and seems like he really loves his job. My experience was great with BMW of Ocala! I dealt primarily with Lucas and he was transparent, a great help, and easy to talk to. Buying my new car was as painless as it can get. We did almost all of the buying process remotely as I had to drive 5 hours to get to the dealership. I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership finalizing the deal.
