Got there at 1230. Was told it would take 45 minutes for look at my engine. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me that nothing was wrong with it. Had plenty of people before me get served and finish and leave. Didnt even get the notification that my car was done UNTIL I HAD ALREADY PAID. tried to give them the benifit of the doubt which i why i waited so long. They had even forgot i was there. I had fallen asleep in the break room

I am very appreciative of the effort that the the store personnel put in with fixing my two trailer tires. After getting stuck on the highway with two bad tires, I found this store at closing time. Instead of chasing me away, they stayed to help me get the tires I needed. You don’t find this kind of courtesy very often. Thank you.

Used to be a good place when Nick and another manager were there. SInce they left, everything went downhill. The staff are rude and condescending. They stated that the oil was changed (a basic service) yet my light on the dashboard says "oil change is due" after I have reset it twice. They stated that tire rotation was complete, but I noticed that it was not when I got home. Why did I pay for the services if you did not do them? Terrible!

absolute praise for pep boys off 200 My 18 yr old daughter had to get new tires and such . My daughter looks younger than 18 and another customer.... an elderly man was making her very uncomfortable and was being very inappropriate... the staff noticed and moved her to a different area to wait.... I can't thank the employees enough for being aware and handling it appropriately

This place is AMAZING!! This was my first time going to any Pep Boys and I had a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jay. He was so nice and helpful. He applied a discount for me that he didn't have to do because the sale had already expired. But he was nice enough to consider the discount and apply it for me. The shop is very well kept. Extremely clean and the waiting area is very nice. Has a fridge full of water and sodas. Also an area with snacks. One of the nicest auto shops I have ever been in. Highly recommend this place. I will continue to go here as they were the best deal and nicest shop. On top of a great overall crew. If you are having car issues give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed. And if you can deal with Jay. He is wonderful. Also had some speakers in my trunk that needed to be moved to get to a code and most auto places would tell me they can't touch it and turn me away. I was able to assist in moving my speakers and still have my car worked on. Which was such a relief. I give this place a 10/10

Excellent customer service, that is why we keep coming back. Robbie was extremely helpful on getting me back on the road with my hazard insurance and repair to my rear tire. While I was there I also had them replace my tire monitor and he explained the repair and costs prior to completing it, total transparency. Thanks Pep Boys on College Road, you always make my Durango ride smooth down the road!

Me and my boyfriend had came in earlier today very upset because I had accidentally dropped my phone in my driver side door while I was holding it up trying to get service (sounds silly I know) and couldn’t get it out. Well, I was helped by Robert and Jay and they were very helpful and even gave us a discount and did it within 10 minutes. We are very appreciative and not a lot of people will go out of their help to help us like they did . We definitely will be back if we ever need help with our car for sure. I would definitely recommend this location .
