Excellent customer service and great selection of stuff. However- their markup on stuff is egregious. For example- 1" socket cap screws there are $1.27 each...the same product at DHI in gp is $0.17. 12' corrugated siding is 14 dollars more expensive per piece than at dhi as well. Horrible horrible value. I feel it's wrong of them to scalp their locals like that as the majority are elderly. Shame on you!

Everyone was very friendly! Julie greeted us with a smile and walked me through the store to help me find all the pieces to a project I'm working on. She answered my questions and helped make sure all the parts were the right size. Such a great way to start a project. Plus the store was very clean and well organized. Thank you Julie!

This ACE Hardware store is Excellent! We went in looking 10 or so items that were on our list of things that we have been trying to find local and found them all. Still in the Rogue Valley this Hardware has it all and a couple of items that we needed and remembered at the last moment. Gene was an exceptional assistant helping us navigate the unfamiliar store and saving me tons of walking. Even taking a moment to check us out. For sure it's worth the little drive to the town of Rogue River. They even have fresh water for your dogs and don't worry, bring in your polite dog.

Main Building Supply in Rogue River is a well run, professional group of people serving our community. Dori, Gene, oh goodness, I can't list them all, but they are all wonderful and very helpful. They have almost everything you need and they surprise us with things they have that we would never guess they have. Just ask. They also deliver building supplies when you have a large order. Great ownership and management. It shows. We appreciate everything you do.
