Very friendly and hard working! I wasn't ready to have to tank emptied when they arrived because I couldn't find my tank lid ....... without skipping a beat he was out in my yard with a shovel digging away and found it without any help just pure knowledge of knowing his job and didn't charge me much either! We recently had a number of issues relating to our septic system and had Jed come out to inspect it. The level of knowledge, service, and more than reasonable prices would make me recommend this company to anyone needing their septic system to be looked at. Penny was also very courteous and communicative over the phone in relaying information/updates to us. All around a fantastic company and I will definitely be using them again in the future for any septic needs.

When the existing septic system of the home on which we had made an offer failed inspection, the seller's chosen contractor recommended the construction of a $25,000 pre-treatment system as a replacement. Dunlap Septic Excavation, brought in for a second opinion, designed and ended up installing a system costing less than half that amount. The worked was performed efficiently but a significant amount of settlement occurred over the septic tank through the winter. This settlement also caused repairs that Dunlap made to the existing sprinkler system to fail. Dunlap's indication at the time the septic system was being constructed that they would assist in addressing any such settlement, should it occur. I contacted Dunlap twice early in the spring to request their assistance. They sent the field foreman to the site to inspect but I never heard from them again. I had to make my own repairs to the sprinkler system and did not receive the promised assistance regarding the grade settlement.

We lived out of state in 2012. Our realtor recommended we call Penny Dunlap for our septic needs. We met on site, she described what would be required and how much it would cost. Their bid was competitive so we went forward. In early 2013 the system was installed in our absence. Penny provided photos of the work in process. Changes in access required by the fire department meant we had to relocate the tank about 30 feet. Dunlap Septic was very cooperative in removing and exchanging tanks and reconnecting the system for a very reasonable fee. The home was completed in 2014 and all is working well.

Dunlap is a fabulous company, family owned and operated. They do GREAT work, reasonable prices and no funny business. They do what they say they are going to do and do it quickly with professional expertise. In the 11 years I've been here in southern Oregon they are my to go people for septic issues while building my house etc. Thank you Dunlap crew!!!
