Called the post office yesterday to find out where my Social Security letter was, suppose to be in the mail only to find out that you guys never delivered it. I have proof that it was sent by Social Security and they confirmed it. Not giving me my mail is a federal offense, I have also sent in a complaint to the Attorney Generals Office about my mail not being sent to me by you guys. Social Security is sending me another letter and I better get this or someone within that office will be in big trouble. And someone with in that office could not help me at all. 😡🤬👎 ~Heather

This Napa store is close to me and I prefer to support local businesses. Having said this this store served me well. They almost always have the parts I need and if not they have been able to order and get my part quickly. And one last note the staff is very friendly and helpful ~Chuck

I was visiting family in the area. The day I was leaving to return to California, my fuel pump went out on my truck. I was staying at the Best Western in Rogue River and the wonderful people there referred me to Milo's. Milo's took my truck in that day; they were amazing and had it fixed the very next day! I love love love love this place, food is outstanding, service amazing, Mom and Pop shop. Very welcoming and I said the other reviews, but I have to say I agree with these people who say that it's like going to Grandma's house. They do everything possible to make you visit great. Coffee cup never ran dry, the coffee is very good there. The chef comes up with these weekly specials that are just off the charts. I'm all for supporting mom and pop shops. I don't like the big chain restaurants. I eat here once a week because the food is that good. The owner/waitress obviously has loyal customers, that greet her with a hug. Last time I was there, there was another couple you said they come for the hugs and stay for the food. Love places of this ~Shannon

This gas station staff are THE nicest and most helpful. We had a blown tire and not one staff member but a second helped us. They were kind and generous with their time and tools (Albert is my hero). I was so impressed! We’ll be stopping here every time we drive through. ~Alison

Cute little dinner on depo street. Great burgers and ice cream. Great service and very nice customer service. Cute decor and layout. Theres an old jukebox and video game table also some quarter machines that the kids love to play. Was very pleased with coming here and will definitely be coming back! ~Kay
