My experience at the gas station was very nice, all employees were helpful, good at customer service. I was coming from Crescent City Ca. To Chico CA (home) My car lost engine power near there traveling alone new car to me.!!! They let me stay with car until I got rescued the next day. My Mini Cooper and I felt safe overnight. So good food selections fare prices GREAT STAFF!! Thank You. July 2021

I just wanted to Recognize Jason from the Rogue River station. What an amazing gentleman. I have come to cheveron as my place for gas for years. Your employees are exceptional. An I was reminded this morning when Jason waited on me. 💯% A+++ for that man. 🙏 thank you 😊

This gas station staff are THE nicest and most helpful. We had a blown tire and not one staff member but a second helped us. They were kind and generous with their time and tools (Albert is my hero). I was so impressed! We’ll be stopping here every time we drive through.

So if you like being ignored by there gas attendance then you belong here. They do not do their jobs at this location or the one across the street. I will never go here for gas again. I waited 10 mins before the guy even looked over at me. They were not that crowed. So I left and I just went down main to Shell / Lil' Pantry. Way better service at this gas station. Go Shell.

I wasn't helped at the pump the last two times I pulled in. After waiting a while I left and went to the Shell station down the road and got help right away both times.

*update * Spoke with Jennifer the district manager who has compensated me. Thank you. Pump hose fell off, yes fell off, and sprayed me with gas. Randy, the manager, apologized after I had to hunt him down, and handed me some towels and left as quick as he could. He was gone by the time I was out of the bathroom. Still got charged for the gas that sprayed all over except in my cars tank. Asked cashier and she said I had to see manager... Who was nowhere to be found. I'll be doing a charge back for that. Just a really poor way of handling the event. What would the manager have done if I didn't happen to have a spare pair of pants with me? Send me down the road soaking in gas for the next four hours until Portland? Dude acted like coward who didn't want to deal with the situation. The station attendant also told me this wasn't the first time today this had happened. The hose was being held on with zip ties, as I saw after the incident. Will be contacting any and all agencies interested in the hopes of preventing these stooges from running anything fuel related. Didn't offer to comp my tank or the $80 pants they ruined. Didn't offer anything because he scampered off.

The week day staff is awesome, however the weekend morning cashier and another employee are clearly high as balls on meth. Needs to be cleaned up .
