This store is beautiful and store associates are very helpful, and absolute KUDOS to REI for putting their returns out for sale at a discount, instead of putting the returns in a dumpster like everyone else! They have everything an outdoorsy person could possibly need! ~Jill

If you need help with bras then go to this location and ask for Ms. Charlotte. She’s an older lady that is extremely sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable! She really made my fitting and shopping experience an amazing one. All of the other staff members were pleasant as well. I’ll definitely visit this location next time I’m in the area. ~Serene

Great variety and great staff there tonight before closing; they were all polite, greeted my son and I at the door. They also helped with questions we had about sneaker materials. The checkout was quick for the most part and the cashier was also kind. As we left they said goodnight and even directed us to another shop we were looking for in the mall. ~Sequoya
