Great variety and great staff there tonight before closing; they were all polite, greeted my son and I at the door. They also helped with questions we had about sneaker materials. The checkout was quick for the most part and the cashier was also kind. As we left they said goodnight and even directed us to another shop we were looking for in the mall.

Where's my receipt? Bought sneakers here, nice saleswoman but weird policy for this store. Another girl rang me up and said they only text or email receipt in 5-10 minutes. I stood there to check and was told you have to wait ten minutes to receive it, so I left. They don't give a paper receipt and I went over the email twice with the clerk to be sure she had it. 90 minutes later I'm still waiting. 👎👎

Very nice store, awesome selection and super clean!!! The associate that helped me was amazing! Very knowledgeable about the sizing, pricing, and styles! However, the manager was really completely rude! As someone who currently works in retail, I understand how the workers use headsets to communicate but it is completely inappropriate for a worker (LET ALONE A MANAGER) to talk negatively about a CUSTOMER while the associate is helping still helping them. The workers were great but due to the management I will not be returning.

Two weeks ago I purchased a pair of shoes for my husband, before our vacations so it took him till yesterday before he went to exchange because were a bit small for him. so the same exactly shoes were 30 dollars off, when the guy did the transaction it shows the discount and then it come back to the 170 price. He said because it was only an exchange we can't get the discount, so my husband ask him to fully return the money and then he will pay as a new purchase to get the discount, and the guy didn't want to, we have to ask for a manager to do it, and he done the same with the lady in front of us. It was totally unnecessary the bad moment we had dealing with him. Probably not going back to the same store again.

I visited that store in Pineville, NC today and I must say that was the best customer service I’ve experience in a long time. They had enough people over staffed and well mannered and the store had a friendly feel. The staff did a phenomenal job great job to the leadership and great communication.😎
