If you need help with bras then go to this location and ask for Ms. Charlotte. She’s an older lady that is extremely sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable! She really made my fitting and shopping experience an amazing one. All of the other staff members were pleasant as well. I’ll definitely visit this location next time I’m in the area.

Normally shopping in this store is a pleasant experience I am a big fan of the cacique bra. Today I felt totally discriminated against. I was thee ONLY person left on line, the next available cashier who happened to be caucasian looked at me several times making eye contact each time until I me the customer had to ask her was she ready it was only at that point she cashed me out. During the brief interaction she commented how the bras have come a long way in style and choice. She compliments me on my choice. I have ZERO conversation. I pay for my items and share my experience with Kim the senior person who apologizes profusely. A customer should never have to ASK to be checked out when there is an AVAILABLE cashier who ACKNOWLEDGES via sight a customer is waiting!!! If I were caucasian would she have noticed me??

I needed some bras real bad I have been to Dillons I have been here I have been there I have been everywhere and no one had my size until I got here I end up buying two bras and got them on sale hooray for me. It was a Caucasian older woman who assists me was very gentle kind and new what I wanted thank you for your service I'm sorry I forgot your name

I luv Lane Bryant, but today is my last day shopping there! My grandma said you gotta stand for something...... and every time I go to the store in Carolina place mall, I feel very disrespected. I usually go because there is a bra sell. The woman in the area I watch talk and mingle with all the other people. But with me, I am constantly watched and not attended to. I have addressed twice now: Last season and then again today. I did NOT want this woman getting credit for the $250 bra purchase that I was left to size and pick out myself. By next season, I will have found another place to spend my hard-earned money. But it wouldn't be right or fair to leave and not say why. Good bye LB

The ladies are so sweet and accommodating! They're customer service skills are ABOVE ALL OTHER STORES I've shopped at in recent months! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The store is extremely clean too!

Great store, people are awesome, prices are high. 65 dollars for shorts seems a bit excessive. Not a huge selection of bathing suits, all the same style in different colors.

Since the coronavirus hit, there is not much in the lingerie section. Next to nothing in the panty section. Not much clearance either.

The sales staff is so nice and not at all pushy. I like this one much better than the one in matthews because it doesnt feel as cramped. Its also awesome that they allow you to use fitting rooms which most places dont right now because of the pandemic
