5 Best auto repair shop in Pineville, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Came in at 3.30 pm to get a quote, there was only one person ahead of me. They were done in 10mins and then I was served. Filled in a form and the guy came outside to look at the dent, took pictures and got to work on his computer. Waited 10-12mins while he did this, their office has great air con and comfy sofas just in case you have to wait longer than expected. He’s handing me my quote and I’ve been here for 30-40mins. Very professional, very friendly, took the time to explain the process and different scenarios of what can happen with insurance. So even if you know nothing about the process they’ll fill you in. ~Tina

So where can i start! Scott is a great guy he went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met.. There was one young guy named Justin. He went out of his way to check what I'd asked him to do he rotated my tires like I'd asked & even help me with a muffler question that I had. Keep it up young man👏👏!! ~ozzy

Came in because I was referred here by another shop. They are very professional and knowledgeable they were able to diagnose my car’s issue they was able to fix my car the same day. Also was able to get me in and out quick I’m very satisfied with my service and would recommend anybody that booking for a shop that specializes in foreign cars to come get there car serviced here. ~Marlee

Brad and team were very flexible and helpful to get my transmission fixed. There were some issues right after the transmission was changed but they took care of everything without charging extra. Now it's running seamlessly. I definitely feel like their goal was to do a good job, not just get my money like other places. I'd go back in the future (bur hopefully don't have to since the transmission should be good for the next 3 years!). ~Val
