Horrible experience 😤😤🤬🤬 I needed a new phone case and screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. While there I checked Amazon's price for the same exact phone case and screen protector. T-Mobile's price was over $40 for case and they wanted $60 for the screen protector. I bought both from Amazon for less than $20. The employee's were extremely rude. Especially after I didn't purchase the case and protector from them.

This store and their employees should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I went in to do a warranty exchange and they denied me because of a small scratch on the screen. Little did they know, I was a store manager for this company for years in New England and we NEVER denied any exchange because of scratches as it states in the warranty policy. Only water damage or cracks. I also waited nearly a half hour before even getting greeted. My store back home, we always greeted the customer and briefly chatted with them no matter how busy our store was. The sales staff obviously hate their job and the management is absolutely terrible.. I called customer service and explained the situation and they accepted the phone exchange immediately. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this location. They don't want to be there and they don't want to deal with you. Typical young generation that want money but don't want to work for it. The "sales associate" I worked with, I tried chatting with had absolutely no personality and was rude. I'm pretty sure his name was Eric. Why hire someone that shows no sign of even wanting the job? Again, poor management.

Terrible customer service, even by SoFlo standards. My phone, a (Galaxy S-21 5G) stopped functioning due to an over the air update. I was told to go to the store for a SIM card replacement. The phone worked initially and then failed. My second trip into this location, I was told by the associate, Dania my phone was not from T-mobile and just to pull out the SIM card tray out and put it back into the phone to get the phone to function. T-mobile corporate intervened, and ordered a replacement phone to be sent to the location. I waited 2 hours for them to get the phone to function. They determined the replacement phone was defective and ordered a second one. One week later, the second replacement phone was delivered to this location and unfortunately, I ended up with Dania again, who then told me a scratch on the phone would not let them do an exchange. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have had no phone for two weeks. The one representative, Rafael is very good and attempted to help out. Even on their website, it states scratches and scuffs are to be expected and will not stop an exchange. I have spent hours on the phone with T-Mobile and have had no telephone for 2 weeks. I have insurance on the phone in case you're wondering. Avoid this store until they take care of their personnel issues. Just awful.

I'm responding to the post by Christopher. T-Mobile's warranty exchange policy clearly states scuffs and scratches on the screen are acceptable. The "finger-nail" test store employees use to deny a warranty exchange is a fabrication by the stores to avoid the possibility, however small, of being back-charged the full price of the phone by T-Mobile. The store has a financial conflict of interest in doing so. There is nothing in T-Mobile's policy about this "test". If the scratch, regardless of depth, has not penetrated to the LCD screen and causes no distortion or pixilation then it is just that...a scratch. An employee of this store stated in a conversation that employees can face being fired if they approve a phone in this scenario that is later deemed damage but this leads to every employee being fearful and denying claims in order to protect their jobs. In Christopher's case another employee had approved just a week prior the phone's physical condition but the exchange phone was defective. When he came back a second time for a functioning exchange phone a different employee assisted him and said it did not meet the "finger-nail" test? Do yourselves a favor and do warranty exchanges directly with T-Mobile (i.e. have the phone sent to your house and not the store). T-Mobile is not going to deny a warranty claim for a scratch in the glass and DO NOT take it to this store for set-up.

-1000 Stars. ERIC the manager HORRIBLE customer service. Order my iPhone 13 pro max in September, took 4 weeks to get to my house and it was the wrong one. They gave me a credit that was supposed to be credited at my account in November and IT NEVER HAPPENED and every time that I go there to talk to him his NVER THERE I have to wait in line for almost 2hrs every time. and they don’t do anything.. WONT NEVER COME BACK TO THAT STORE

I've been to this store twice and refuse to go back. The employees are rude and act like you are bothering them. I'm asking you a question about a phone, no need to roll your eyes at me and act like it's the end of the world when I ask you a question. I only gave it one star cause that's the only one it would let me post this. They don't even deserve that update: of course the owner would say email me so we can chat, but never respond when you do send an email. i guess you had nothing to say after reading my email about how rude your employees are

These guys are awesome! Especially Sebastian. We had a bad experience in another T-Mobile store. (It was a third party store) . Then we stopped by this store and Sebastian helped us. We left very happy and satisfied. Thank you so much!

Amazing customer service! I went in to pay a bill and was greeted by a nice gentleman named Eric. He provided quick and quality assurance, making my day run a lot smoother. He also had a great personality and made me feel welcome. The little things in life matter the most. Great employee, amazing service!
